Would have liked USB7 connections in the room for charging electronics. I was in room 915, and the windows were filthy. The parking is cumbersome with off-site garages, and I understand it's a matter of space. But as a solo traveler, I would have had to leave my luggage unattended and park my car. There were luggage trolleys available, but no staff to help with them, so I ended up leaving the cart up on my floor. I opted for valet, which is convenient, but for $30 a day (plus tips), it would have been nice if they helped with unloading luggage (only one valet did when I left - he was a very attentive man with an accent) or come out of the valet office to recognize you rather than sitting at the desk waiting for you to find them while they death scroll on their phone.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

TV was missing its power cable, though we checked in late and were offered for them to look for a replacement, we declined as we were leaving early. Most frustrating was that the facet in the bathroom sink didn't operate.

Sooooooo outdated! For a Hyatt Regency we were shocked at how old it looked....and I don't mean "classy/beautiful" old... I mean OLD/OUTDATED old. We ate at Johnnie D's and the service was TERRIBLE! However, the Manager did try to make good with a free dessert and glass of Port for my husband. However, what we thought was in extremely poor taste is that he insulted our Server in front of us.

My bathroom was missing bar soap, used shampoo & conditioner bottles in the shower. The beds were not comfortable. No bottled water in the room. A motorcycle was racing down the street all night and kept waking me up.

Convenient to the theater district (purpose of my trip). Offers valet parking.

The beds were so small and do not comfortably fit two adults. The bathrooms are old. The showers and the toilets felt like they were from the 80s.

The air condition not turned on at night room was 72 degrees. Told front desk opened our window then that lead to mosquito’s in our room. They were nice to send up wine cheese and cracker platter. The toilet had water on the seat and was like it was heated had to wipe it every time you used it. Maintenance said they had a problem with the hot water nothing they could do. Overall great stay.

The walking distance to attractions and food. Loved how there was a Starbucks on site and restaurants. Loved the gym.

The prices of the hotel’s restaurant was too high. Our double bed mattresses noticeably leaned toward the lamps in the room.

It was attractive and centrally located in downtown Buffalo. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff were excellent!! The evening manager, young gentleman, wearing glasses, was absolutely excellent, very welcoming and professional. The hotel is very old, it definitively needs a major upgrade, the room conditions are not good, more like a two stars hotel, the location is excellent. Again hands down to all the staff at Hyatt in Buffalo. The room despite being very old; it was very cleaned.

Starting to look it’s age. Wall paper was peeling in our room and the bathroom was looking rough. Not much has changed since my husband and I stayed there 15 years ago. Also they had a convention at the hotel and when we came to check in the line up was wrapped around the elevators. The two men doing check in did a marvellous job but they could only go so fast. Knowing the hotel was going to be that busy they needed at least one extra staff.

There was no shower curtain in our bathroom and the phone was not plugged in and there did not appear to be a phone jack to plug it into.
