Parking is an outrageous $45 a night. REALLY? For guests!? The room is already expensive enough, they could discount the parking a bit. $90 for 2 nights.

There were not things I didn’t like.

I liked the convenience of it being downtown and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked it had paid parking available and also the free breakfast was great!

Booked a regular king w/ sofa and ended up in an accessible king w/ no sofa. Was told they were sold out so a change was not possible. I didn’t like that. Also the AC unit in my room (208) was so loud that I barely slept. I ended up skipping breakfast as well because I just wanted to leave and drive home. I definitely don’t feel like the value is there for what I paid. The only plus was the convenience of the venue I was attending next door. I chose to stay to enjoy my night without having to drive home tired but ended up not getting sleep anyways and was out $350 for it and not even in the room I booked.

Breakfast was bushleague and coffee was like colored water. Property including staff was below the advertised ratings and hurt my impressions of the brand.

The beds made noise when you sat on the bed, when you lay down and moved around on the bed. Maybe the box spring needs replacing. finally, the room was a bit cramped. not much space between the front cabinet and the beds.

The breakfast is wonderful, the staff are professional and very polite as well as helpful. Staff was personable and easily approachable. Staff, continually checked in regarding how things were.

Toilet height, what's up with that? If there wasn't a counter to hold on to I would have summoned someone to help me get up. Parking, way to expensive, I'm staying here so there should be a free parking lot.

Room was very clean and one of the cleaning ladies went out of her way to go to the front desk to get me ice. Bed was really comfortable.

Very thin walls. We had a 5am flight and unfortunately were kept up all night due to the people next to us yelling and laughing super loud till 4am.

There was a bad odor coming from the refrigerator ask housekeeping to CIF they could get rid of the odor but it, they could not so the room smelled for the Thursday Friday Saturday. They did offer to give me another room though. But we had already unpacked and gotten comfortable so we didn't. Do it.

Parking was an extra charge, even at 1 day stay, bathroom sink was a bit dirty, the bed seems outdated and was very squeaky.

$45 is exorbitant for overnight parking. Hotel is next to the tram line. Trams keep dinging all night.

There should be an indoor pool. There’s a sign in the elevators advertising the breakfast and showing fresh berries but there were none. Believe me, I was looking for them.

I liked the location. It was within a short walking distance to numerous restaurants. The places I came to visit and the airport were a short Uber ride away. Breakfast was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a guy with glasses that got a salad for me when I first arrived because I was hungry. I forgot his name but shout out to him.
