My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was aesthically pleasing, really liked the lay out of it. It was different. We had hot water at all times which is a plus. Pool was great and my husband made good use of your gym.

United StatesWe hated the pull out bed. The springs literally dug straight into our back and we could not get comfortable . We all chose to stay in the bed, which was difficult with a kicking toddler (haha). Also, my (2 year old) toddler was the right height to unlock the door and squeeze outside !!! Whew I’ve never stayed somewhere with a low lock but we made due and jammed a chair to prevent him leaving.
The king bed was really comfortable and rotating tv is such a great idea! Very useful with a busy toddler and couch and bed view. Breakfast was also great, but be aware it ends at 9 am.

United StatesOnly 1 elevator very inconveniently placed if you were parked in the parking lot. At check in, we requested a first floor room with view of the parking lot and were given a 5th floor room with a view on the other side, it was a little disappointing. Breakfast is until 9 AM, not great if you aren’t an early bird.
Great location, luxurious look and feel, comfortable beds and shower, plenty of parking.

United StatesIt needs major renovations. It has no pride. It’s so unkept, the staff appears to have given up on it. The elevator was broken and or brokenBathroom shower was moldy old. Carpet was dirty & stained. The hallway smelled horrible. Breakfast was a joke. Flies everywhere. Food looked undesirable. Especially when the floor was filthy. It was like someone threw the food out there and ran back to their own personal business. The location is odd.

United StatesThe incidental hold on my account that still remains. It was a bit inconvenient that cash isn't accepted along with card for incidental. I had to Uber to the store to deposit cash on my card that is still pending 15days later. My only complaint about the building itself would be the out of order elevator. 1 elevator 6 floors long wait.
The pool was a perfect temperature not warm but not too cool. The room was lovely had a beautiful stand up shower but I really wanted a tub. The pool helped me overcome the need for a soak.

United StatesElevator and floors were not very clean. Lack of breakfast. We come to KOP monthly for my daughter to have treatments at CHOP. It’s always a long day for us. A breakfast would have been nice. I got her a granola bar at the hospital.
When we came down at 8:45, all the breakfast items were empty. I had a cup of weak coffee and my daughter had some apple juice, that was it.

United StatesI had reservations thru booking, received email from Hyatt for pre checked in when I arrived told desk staff he told me no reservations listed for me...I told I had and looking in my emails to find reservations...After about 10 mins of him looking on his computer he found it. When we were going to sleep my wife turn down the bed sheets and the mattress sheet was dirty...By that time the house maids had already left had to go to front desk to get as sheet.

My husband and I don’t usually eat many breakfast items (maybe a piece of fruit or cup of yogurt), but COFFEE is VERY important to us, and when my husband went down for coffee in the morning, there seemed to be some confusion (on the staff’s part) as to which was decaf and regular. That’s a major infraction for coffee drinkers—we want our caffeine. Other than that, though, it was a nice place to stay. : )
Clean and quiet (we always travel with a sound machine to mask hallway and highway noise, though) with nice decor.

BrazilDirty room! Not dirty from last guest, dirty from old dirt accumulated all around room and bathroom, grimy spots on counter and sink. Under furniture was a calamity. Breakfast all right, lacking more bread variety, bacon only every other day. Old coffee mixed up with new coffee.
