Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThere wasn't anything that made the experience bad. I would stay here again. There were a few things I didn't like. I didn't like that there wasn't parking. But there was a garage very close, and I could see that there wasn't any where a parking lot could go for that location I hated the bathroom door in our room. It didn't feel like there was enough privacy when sharing a room with two other adults and a child. It was hard to open and close and it couldn't be latched closed.
It was very clean, the breakfast was great and the location was good. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did they were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

United StatesThe door on the cabinet holding the refrigerator was broken, the blanket had a large hole in it, couch upholstery had several stains. The temperature was way too hot (high 70’s) in the fitness center and the entire hotel was without hot water for the duration of my stay.
Nice location within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the harbor. Staff were all friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable, room was spacious and AC worked well.

United StatesThe tv service in room didn't work over an hour on phone with trouble shoot service could not fix had no tv. Had no issue with wifi connection per phone service people. Front desk could not fix moved us to new room. We wound up just watching our phones for tv.. little disappointed. But overall hotel and staff are very accommodating.

United StatesDid not have the main amenities I needed which is the reason I chose this hotel over the rest. Bassinet/crib was needed for my 4 month baby. Baby had to sleep in our queen size bed which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The pool was closed, my two older children were disappointed it was not available.
Breakfast was included everyday. Valet parking was convenient and our car was always available within 5 minutes when requested.
