The water pressure was not good. Staff explained a new boiler was installed and hasn't totally filled up yet. Sink/vanity area is not private.

The pool was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok. It had various options but hot foods not very warm. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool was dirty, but it was cold so probably why it wasn't maintenanced.

Location was nice away from hustle and bustle of downtown area. However, still within a short drive of attractions. Rooms and grounds were clean and bed super comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Would recommend to others.

My first room had a loud squeak and the second the heater was buzzing! Just turned it off.

The first night was good the second night we had no heater the refrigerator that was in the unit had to be turned all the way up to eight to keep things cold.

It was clean. The breakfast was great. The people who ran it were not very helpful. They did their job and that was it. They didn’t explain further. They weren’t very friendly.

Everything was great but please maintain a high attention to detail to maintain the Hyatt level of service. Leaving a room unfinished and not staying on top of the breakfast foods when they run out is below the bar.

Clean nice property. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but missing some amenities. The staff quickly replaced what was missing and all was well. The breakfast was good however they need to stay more on top of what food has run out and replacing it more quickly.

The AC was very loud at night when it would cool the room. The standard fan blowing was normal, but when the cooling kicked in it kept us up at night. And the pillows were to worn/used (for my use).

Location to hospital and surrounding restaurants was ideal. Breakfast selection had good variety and was clean in the building with friendly staff.

The hotel charges USD 30 per night as deposit, and it does not provide any confirmation about it at the check out. At 10am we were told to wait for a manager who would be available in the afternoon to discuss it. The deposit was returned at the end. A small thing, beds were not made while we stayed there, which is suprising for this class of hotels.

The room was comfortable, in line with other Hyatt hotels, it was clean.

If you want to stay and don't have a car to shop around, bring your own slippers; you need them for taking a shower. The disposable slippers (cost $1 each pair) were not available at the hotel, and the Target next to the hotel didn't have them too.

Laundry facilities app did a coma date Canadian postal code. Unable to use facilities . Rooms were very nice but bathroom was too small .

Reviews raved about this place prior to my arrival. Could of been our room but it seemed outdated and the pillows were not fluffy at all. Was uncomfortable trying to sleep on very flat pillows. Other than that, breakfast was decent and lobby is nice and updated.

Looks like there are no pool maintenance, there were sucks in the bottom of the pool for more than 2 days, also floating cockroaches in the water. Nobody cares after we complained. The manager's son had a master key and opened our room mistakley without asking for our peremesion, while we were sitting in the evening

We didn’t like the sink and its lights at the foot of the beds. It didn’t let allow our family to get some people to sleep before others. No fault of the managers of the hotel, just a bad floor plan for families.

The hot water trickled in the sink on the vanity, the mattresses were soft and lumpy and there was a small step to one of the side entrances that needs a red or yellow warning stripe.

We've stayed several times and been happy. Good location, good breakfast good room.
