The room was comfortable and clean, and some of the staff members were nice.

On our second night, there was a gas leak at 12:30am and the hotel was evacuated for about 2 hours (definitely the right thing to do). However, the way the staff handled this was seriously sub-par. No staff member walked around the building (where the emergency exits were) to keep guests informed about what was going on. Additionally, no one checked in to apologize for what happened or offered any compensation (although this severely affected all guests in their ability to enjoy their vacations). Finally, when we checked out, we asked the staff member at the front desk if anything was being done for what had occurred. She was exceedingly rude to us, saying that nothing was going to be done, refusing to empathize at all with our experience, telling us that we were "welcome" that the hotel had saved our lives, and sarcastically telling us that she was sorry we were woken up. I wrote to the manager to express my dismay about this rudeness and utter lack of customer service but never heard back. I did not want anything major -- just a token or at least a kind word to show that the hotel cared about us and felt sorry that our stay was disrupted in this way. While the accommodations were fine, I learned from this experience that this hotel does not care at all about their guests' experiences and handles emergencies extremely poorly. This was my first time at a Hyatt and I will never stay at one again.

Hotel was clean and good location.

There was a Fire alarm at 1am and we were outside for more than an hour sitting on the curb while the Fire Department managed a gas leak. When I asked the desk about some sort of accommodation for our inconvenience I was told to "call back in a week and talk to a manager."

    The rooms was clean

The staff wasn’t great. There was no wifi for the first two days of my stay. I needed it for work. I inquired at the front desk and neither attendant could provide a solution. I was told to go to a nearby coffee shop. When I told than that was not an acceptable solution and asked to speak to a manager , they said they would ask the manager to do rant me. I was there for 3 more nights. Never heard from a manager. As a Hyatt rewards member, i was quite disappointed

    Clean, nice Reno, location

I stayed in a top floor room and I don’t know if the air conditioners are on top of this room or what but there was an exceptionally loud noise. Not the neighbors but from the roof, some of the furniture was actually vibrating.

We used two bank cards and were charged the full amount of the booking twice (approx $2500 Aud) - this was held for about 12 days. Getting in touch with the hotel was shocking. Really difficult and the staff were not helpful. Really made our stay disappointing.

My room did not have Wi-Fi my entire 3 days there. Air conditioning did not work in my room. Even after calling for maintenance. It was 81° in the room day and night and difficult to sleep. Had to call for service on my second night because my tv was not working. So the maintenance people knew me well 🫤

The staff was the only good thing

Way overpriced for the quality of the room. Cheap looking rooms, no usb charging port anywhere in the room, hard bed. Hard to find. The hot tub jets were barely operating. Was told that that parking was an additional $29, or i could drive around and find a parking spot on the street then walk back. But I would need to move the car by 9am. A $100 confort in has better rooms

Location was convenient for this trip. Loved that it is by Whole Foods and to a bike/pedestrian trail. Great staff ( helpful, friendly).

I thought the bed super uncomfortable and it felt old
