Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesHad to call the front desk near midnight and ask what was all the noise out front of the Hotel. There was a banging noise that lasted about 30 minutes. Front desk I guess checked on it. She didnt call me back. But the noise stopped after about 10 minutes.
Nice Suite in a nice area. It was clean and just a 1 night stop.

United StatesI didn't like the fact of paying for the room and then having to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. I think that's a little too much. I've stayed in many hotels and never once had to pay to park where I was staying. Really disappointed.
The place was clean and the room was just perfect. The breakfast was alright. Nothing really to write home about.

The hotel is very much aware that a large amount of Muslims utilise the hotel this specific weekend and have previously made accommodations. 15 dollars a night for mediocre parking
