No whirlpool, or hot tub. Need that if you are playing in a tournament to relax your muscles.

I liked the location it was nice and quiet and had pleasant staff. The breakfast was very neat and clean and well organized.

Had two phones in the room, neither worked. Only one option to charge my phone and that was the alarm clock. Tv was very tiny and cable options were a joke. Compared to other hyatts I’ve been to, this one appears to be lacking.

Everything was great from start to finish. Staff was great and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Hotel is in a grwta location and plenty to do on the area.

Food choices not what was on menu at Hyatt House. Referred to Hyatt Place but had no cook at all.

Room was nice. Comfortable and all the amenities. Hyatt Place had no food as kitchen staff had called in. Front counter employee, Robert, made us food on his own as the kitchen at Hyatt house had limited options and my husband and I traveled with no dinner hoping to eat at the hotel. Robert saved the night!

We stayed 3 days, would have liked fresh towels and for them to take our trash (although the front desk gave us trash bags and said to leave them outside our room door) once during our stay.

Can't remember his name but when we first arrived he was still on vacation I believe and I had already begun to build a great relationship with all of the staff, on all shifts including the General Manager who went out of his way to be very accommodating and patient with me when I was having some banking transfer issues. The manager from the property next door was very rude brash and not very accommodating to my situation considering that I had been there tover a week or so.

Breakfast,, the rooms were great with a full kitchen and the bathroom was absolutely amazing. Overall the staff was perfect... Very helpful, great attitude and accommodating.

There seemed to be an infestation of ants recently. Said they got it taken care of but the ants came back. I’ve stayed at this location before and during experience this problem. Who knows the cause but hopefully they get a great company that can solve the issue.

Toilet seat and inside shower door handle loose. Very minor as both were usable . We checked in late at 7pm .my doctor's appointment was at 3pm the next day . I asked for a 2pm late check out. The friendly receptionist said sure name your time. The next day during checkout there was a $10 surcharge . The motel was not busy at all. The charge was not a problem as it allowed us a place to stay before an annual doctor's appointment. We just wish that we had been advised when the extension was requested, of the additional charge. This did not alter my opinion of this location and staff being of an excellent ratings .

We travel a lot and have been disappointed with hotels advertised as a 4 or 5 star and find out they are a 2 or 3 star at best.This motel and staff does not disappoint. Excellent comfort rating . Excellent cleanliness. Good price . We will book Hyatt House going forward and hope they all have the same standards and conditions as this one in the Naperville / Warren Illinois area. Bobby J

Could wait until I left completely from my room. When I asked for them to wait to clean the room.. Don’t rush a customer out the door when you have spoke to the front desk about your stay.

The shower did leak onto the floor a bit, some of the breakfast was bland but overall it was a positive experience.

There were a lot of choices for breakfast. the pillows were very comfortable, the shower was good size. I liked that there was a larger couch for seating.
