Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesBeautiful location and nice ocean view, but the stay was ruined by multiple roaches in the kitchen and living area. Finding one crawling on my plate of food was unacceptable and very disappointing for a Marriott property.
The location of the Marriott Hutchinson Island Beach Resort was beautiful, and the partial ocean view from our room was decent.

United StatesThe pool area was unkept. One afternoon we went for a swim there were dirty towels everywhere and non available for use. We had to go to the front desk to grab a towel and we were given bath towels.
The location was great, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The beach area is beautiful, we were supplied chairs and umbrellas. The staff were very kind and helpful. There are 2 different buildings, which was confusing at booking, main building was my choice which is not on the beach. Food was pretty good. Laundry machines available.
