The place looked somewhat dirty and the tub was clogged. The bed was rock hard, two days later I'm still sore from sleeping there. There were no comforters, just a single flat sheet and the blanket on top that was just as thin as the sheet.

Bathroom had someone elses dirty towels in it. Checked bed for bed bugs like always. No bugs but piles of someones hair. And stains. Chairs had lots od stains and trash in them. Requested non smoking room and it smelled like a bar in it. And not enough blankets. Just a sheet and the decorative cover that was as thin as the sheet.

Staff was friendly. Location was easy. Ac worked and cheap

There was no running water for a time. They canceled my reservation when I told them not to & they offered no refunds! They charged me twice on my card and they charged me more for the rooms than the price that was on the receipt! There was no working light switch in the bathroom, but you had to twist it turn it on. The light fixture and bulb was on the shelf. The towel rack fell out of the wall, no microwave plate in the microwave, dirty bedspreads, the TV did turn on, but it didn’t work. They had a smoky smell in the room and did not air it out. I called twice and inquired when we got there if my sister and I could have rooms side by side and they could not commit to that and refused to return my call. Then, they decided to place our rooms side by side, but only after asking about 3 times. They should not be charging $109 per night! It is not worth the price! The man who answers the phone doesn’t understand the English language very well at all!

It was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been in! The city should shut it down! Bad place to stay, very bad!

Room smelled horrible could not get the smell to go away, heavy stinch on your belongings when checking out, bed was very uncomfortable. I felt the springs from the mattress, Carpet on floor felt like it hasn't been cleaned ever. Checked out early due to the smell was unable to get money back due to pre booking

Clean towels, staff was very polite and welcoming, parking lot stayed well lit, located about 6 minutes drive away from state fair, 2 minutes drive to grocery store.

I didn't like the fact that when I went to check in the room I requested online was not available and was told I would have to take a room on the second floor when I specifically said I needed a ground floor room. Had to come back at 6:30 to get a room on the ground floor. Bathroom was filthy!

Filthy, run down, worn furniture, windows did not lock, microwave door taped together, smelled terrible. I have had to stay at "economy" motels before, but this is the worst, but only room I could find available for the days I needed.

Decent parking, plenty of hot water. No sign of bed bugs or mice.

Although we made our reservation at 8 o'clock in the morning and arrived After eleven hours of traveling to find we had no reservation, although they had our names written down. They sent us to Different hotel call karma but did not ensure that they Had rooms foryes period we had to find our own Accommodations for the night. Very poor customer service.

Advertised as pet friendly but no price for pets… upon arrival was told they didn’t allow pets…as a late in the day arrival didn’t have another place to stay, they finally as allowed my two small dogs but charged a hefty charge for their stay
