The facility needs some repairs. Universal Gym cables are all broken. Luckily, I saw no bugs, like some of the other reviews mentioned.

Jacuzzi tub. Was there for the USATF Masters National Championships and it sure helped me recover between races. Spacious and quiet room(I had an end room).

The fact that I was put on dnr list because I stayed until 1215 on a previous stay were I paid a deposit, and the was redunded. Felt like it was personal because i was told i couldnt take breakfast into my room and had to eat in dining area. Also at that stay it was blood on the wall in my room 301 that I took a picture of and did not report. Also for this curreny stay I had to go by a screwdriver to fix the cold water facet in the spa tub which was the reason I stay at this property after being moved from a room with no TV in the living area. Not the best experience. But again, the receptionist was pleasant!she did her best to accommodate and I truly appreciate it.

Bathroom smelled like mold/wet; pillows looked like throw pillows inside of pillow cases; cover had burn hole; switches and plugs still yellow with no updated plugs with USB connections. Overpriced for the condition!

There was cockroach’s and mold in the shower and the comforter on one bed had orange residue like someone wiped Cheeto hands on the bed and they didn’t change the blanket after the last people stayed. The air conditioner also barely worked so my 3 year old and I sweated all night and slept terribly. One lady working also was on her personal phone with someone every second I saw her and both female workers seemed incompetent. They also only had eggs and sausage for the breakfast and cereal no other options! Not worth what I paid.

Rooms need to be updated. Better cleaning. We saw a roach in our bathroom…and for that reason alone, we will never stay here again. Disgusting!!

We were given a disabled room, the shower faucet was somewhat broken, and the hallway smelled like marijuana - although the room itself was OK.

All staff were polite, even when we had an extended power outage.

Didn’t like that the shower curtain was too small for the tub. Left huge puddles of water on the floor. No handrails when you step out of shower making it very dangerous when stepping out of shower. Only one wash cloth and hand towel for two people just isn’t right. After losing power from a storm. No emergency candles or flashlights for your guests. Our keys would not unlock the door. So we couldn’t leave our room because we would be locked out. The next day the front desk women had to take apart the door-lock and reprogram it. So we could re-enter our room. The room had musty odor to it. Just didn’t smell fresh. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on.

The morning front desk woman was exceptionally friendly, helpful and hardworking. Had cold air conditioning.

No wifi at all. Overpriced. Everything else was great. Why would you advertise Wi-Fi? Even give out a Wi-Fi password? But then no Wi-Fi signal anywhere in the motel.

Perfect location. Great room. Not worth the price however, unfortunately. They said they had Wifi but, no. They gave a wifi password and everything. None.

There was mold on the ceiling over the sink. It was very obvious it was from previous water damage and had just never been addressed.

Room was big, bed was very comfortable and clean. Pillows were a bit small, but comfy.

The room above me all the did was stomp or was walking hard on the floor all night. I couldn't sleep because of all the noise they was making. ALSO no free breakfast for the amount of money I spent.
