Couldn't use the shower brown stuff on shower floor. Room smelled musty. Had to wait 25 min for attended. Garbage over flowing on property. Just old and dirty in the hallways and around the building. It was the least expensive around so...

Shower didn't work, worn and broken light fixtures, bathroom door hanging on one hinge, vending machine was broken into so there is no source for food and drink, broken floor tiles

Neat ceiling lights, iron, microwave, tv,refrigerator. Nice floor tiles but many broken.

The bed was literally in the shape of a taco. You roll to the middle because the mattress is probably as old at the hotel. The people in charge are also foreign and do not know how to talk to people.

Shabby, run down, not very clean. Peeling paint. Tv broken. No blow dryer. Ice machine broken. Staff was not helpful. Did not care and did not want to hear anything.

It was not clean at all. Bathroom tub was dirty. Wood has spots. Going up to the room there was garbage by the stairs so it always smelled.

The bed was a rock solid spring mattress from probably the 90s, there were stains and hairs all over the bedding, cigarette burns in the blanket that was supposed to serve as a comforter, everything was sticky and visibly just not cleaned very well, the furniture and walls were also busted up and filthy, to top it off there was a used condom left on the floor by the nightstand, just gross

It has a lot of potential, however it’s too dirty and the towels were horrible. But the location was amazing . They also have a mini fridge and a microwave so that was a plus

The room next to me, a woman was screaming, don't touch me, over and over. Finally someone called the police. they arrived and she wouldn't let them in.

Not a whole lot. For $150 a night, I would expect more.

No cockroaches please! No mold in the shower please! Plumbing that didn't drip! Curtains that were falling off! I didn't get wash clothes and all the towels had bleach spots! Help didn't speak English well

The overall experience was bad - mold in showers and bedroom, the front desk guy was on his phone yelling at someone the entire time, sketchy party of the area so people walking around trying to ask for food/money, plus we stayed on the first floor and our sliding glass door was unlocked when we got home from dinner… very sketch. This door leads right to the public road, not safe at all. Just spend a little more to stay elsewhere.

The TV did not work. The entry door to the floor of rooms did not lock and was a security risk.

when I got to the hotel the lady who was helping me was more busy on a video call and doing my check in at the same time when I just want to go to the room, the room it seems clean but floor was dirty beed sheets with holes the pillows under de cover they are super dirty

I believe the only change the sheets and put clean towels in the room, they don't clean them.

The rooms are not clean, sticky floors, sticky end table. Bathroom faucet filthy. If the room was cleaned, it would be a really nice place.
