Shower level was broken we reported it needed service. We had a spider in the room.

Parking was easy and free. No resort fees. Staff was great.

I did not like how there was not conditioner in the little basket for hygiene. There also is breakfast available for 1499 per person and I feel like breakfast should be free.

I like that there was an indoor pool and a spa with extra towels available.

Needs updating, sheets had stains, no artwork, mirror above TV was so high that you couldn’t see anything except what looked like writing from a marker from a party or something that wasn’t cleaned well. Only 1 washcloth in the bathroom. My husband went down to the front desk around 7:30 ish and asked for more he was told that housekeeping wouldn’t be there until 9:00am. He asked why they would only have one washcloth, and was told there should be four. We then left a message for housekeeping to get more washcloths and received three more about 20 minutes later.

Hmmmm, The event we attended . The two at the front desk when we arrived were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms dark and everything inside was outdated (phone, small tv, furniture, carpet stained, coffee machine etc) bedding had some see thru stain,pillows small and not good quality, bathroom tiling chipped and missing. No handle bar in tub and the water fixture wasn’t secure so took awhile to figure out. Wish had better lighting in bathroom with a full length mirror, micro or fridge.

Convenient location, free parking and housekeeping daily. Front office staff pleasant and attentive.

Room was cramped and beds were small and uncomfortable. Tub also did not drain properly and toilet seat was flimsy and not secured.

Bar and restaurant said they would open and then it never did. Drove all day and just wanted to relax and have a little eat and drink. We didn't want to leave the hotel. So no drink or food or breakfast

The bed was extremely firm and not comfortable at all. Lighting was dim at best, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was the only meal offered at the restaurant. The bar offered a couple of food items but did not open until 6:30 pm. The gym opened way too late at 6:30 am and wasn't open at all for 2 days of my stay.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to shopping and several restaurants. The breakfast was good as well and a good value for the additional cost.

The rooms are quite rundown with clogged plumbing, cracks on the wall, and I was really bummed that even though I asked for a little something extra for my room cause it was my wedding night and they said yes, there was nothing special done to it.

I love the location of the property as it is close to everything. Also, the staff are super friendly. The downstairs lobby looks very upgraded and awesome.

The rooms need attention. Very old . No refrigerators in the room unless you pay extra. That would have been nice to know before we got settled in a room with no fridge. The coffee maker was old and barely worked.

The beds and mattresses were very low and in need of an upgrade. Of course, there are some little things that need some updating like the AC noise or the bathroom, but overall the bed was the main one that needed fixing.

The location is near restaurants, shopping, Fwy, a movie theater, Knotts Berry Farm, Old World Village, and the beach. Parking was easy. I had a car however, bus 29A is available right out front to go to the beach or Knotts Berry Farm. The check-in reception staff were very nice and it was quick and easy. The area felt safe and well-lit. I read prior reviews about the AC being a wall unit, not central air, so I knew what to expect. (It's loud)

The rooms are incredibly noisy, you can hear the neighbors talking in their room. Breakfast was under par. Poor selection and no variation. Breakfast staff wS super helpful and friendly though.
