How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

1. the breakfast was a bag with packaged muffin and an old granola bar in it. I had to pay for a bottle of water - as they didn't even have any water available with the "breakfast" - Bathroom in lobby didn't have paper towels and the person behind the counter wouldn't give me anything to dry my hands. The Shuttle was shared with all the hotels in the area and 30 minutes late - so if you are in a time crunch I would get an early shuttle or uber yourself. As it also picks up from all the hotels in the area as it returns to the airport.
room was clean and quiet. we only needed it for a 10 hour layover

Very noisy ice machine right outside the room. Aircon in the room noisy. Extractor in the bathroom noisy. Meagre ‘breakfast’.

noise from other room. it would be interesting if they could perhaps change the doors and use more insulated sound proofing on the doors. The breakfast could be a warm buffet style it would make it a lot nicer stay. Tv signal was not that could not sure what they are using by the picture quality was like watching that 70s show signal.
Juice and a muffin is not a breakfast. I was in an adjoining room the other occupant was loud disturbed my sleep numerous times between midnight and 4 am. . otherwise room was clean and very comfortable.

The property is listed as a non-smoking space, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The cleaning staff helped me with some air freshener, but the smell didn't get better. I went to the breakfast area (advertised to be open between 6-9am) around 6:45am but no breakfast was available and then I had to leave for the airport.
The room was comfortable; towels and toilet treats were provided. The location is great, just 10 minutes from the airport, and they provide free shuttle service. Is a good place if you're doing a layover.

First time stay at Days Inn. Basic but clean. Room had no wardrobe or hangers for clothes. Bed was comfortable but had roll together. Good location for shopping. Great shuttle service. Not sure you can call 2 inedible muffins and an overly sweet protein bar in a bag, breakfast!

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately the air con is very noisy, 2 bulbs were blown in my room and someone started playing loud music at 0130. The free airport shuttle is not worth the hassle - my shuttle was cancelled on me and told at midnight.

We reserved thiS room for BREAKFAST INCLUDED! When asked about breakfast during check-in we were told there was only muffins and coffee being served. This property should not advertise breakfast. Coffee had no creamer, only spenda, and nothing to eat but 1 small breakfast bar in a bag. Completely disappointed. I can only imagine if a large family came with kids expecting to save on breakfast with the hotel.Not enough towels. Double queen room only 1 big towel. Food crumbs were on desk. Tray with ice bucket and coffee was dirty with hair all over it. A/c unit was not working and if was freezing this weekend. So no heat in there room.
Lobby was clean and someone was always at desk. Room smelled clean and fresh. Property was clean and quiet.

A bit far from everything, it doesn't have a convenient place to eat nearby unlike many other options in the area
Staff was really helpful (the room's microwave didn't work and I needed to eat, they immediately proceeded to put me a new microwave in the room). Shuttle service was easy and on time.
