Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI didn't like: The owner/staff, I stayed there over 2 weeks and there was not breakfast and it was advertised, they had blueberry muffins from the local gas station or grocery store and they would cut them in 4ths EVERYDAY along with OLD orange juice which the orange juice machine was COVERED with bugs, they also have those same bugs in the room. They didn't give back the CASH deposit and still tried charging my debit card over a week after I was gone, I will NEVER stay there again and will never tell ANYONE to go there, the owners/staff were HORRIBLE, they over charged me and then told me not to book with booking.com because they wouldn't get the price they wanted. I'm still disgusted when I think about it. (THIS IS THE LAKE CHARLES, LA LOCATION)

United StatesLOCATION. Room had a weird smell, only one very small soap, bathtub and shower old and rusty, housekeeping only came in once. Also upon check out at 10:30 am staff did not answer the front desk bell so I wasn’t able to turn in my key and get my cash deposit back.
