I thought when I booked this, it was oceanfront...it was not! So I payed 3 hundred dollars a night for a alley way....which I returned to the front desk in a mind blowing experience to say what I ordered was oceanfront..she was very nice and said, the property is called howard johnsons oceanfront....wow, opened my eyes how much I just got totally screwed by Booking Com. Moving on to the next year with alot more considerations!

The only thing that I didn't like was that the pool and hot tub were full of sand. Understandably, it came from guests not being courteous and rinsing off prior to getting in, so there's not much staff can do about it.

The staff was great. They got us checked in a little earlier, which was so helpful. The room was clean and stocked with towels and toilet paper.

Parking was a little tight. If you have a lot of bags, I suggest unloading before searching for a spot; unfortunately, we parked at the top of the lot, then had to walk down with a lot of luggage.

We got an ocean front room; the room was spacious, the beds were very comfy, and the overall experience was great! The location was perfect; we were able to walk right from our room to the beach, and the boardwalk - we'll definitely come back!

Room had a weird buzzing sound that came on and off no idea where it was coming from and the room coffee not so great, but you go buy coffee as we did.

Lack of a fitness room.

The location was great. The balcony with a small view of the boardwalk and ocean to one side and a small view of the bay to the other side was nice. There are plenty of parking spots. Staff were friendly.

Carpet in the hallways are out dated and a little gross, a full body mirror is needed/would be nice in the rooms, and a outside shower head would be nice too if added before going into the hotel

Nice hotel and pet friendly! Rooms are super nice and updated and the parking is a 10/10 it’s a garage so our car stayed away from the heat. On the boardwalk so location is one of the best

Nothing to complain about.

Location on the boardwalk. The room was modern and clean. The cleaning staff cleaned daily. Parking is included with price and always available on site. Plenty of hot water for showers. Has two elevators. There is an ice machine and the restaurant inside can fill your cooler for free. Love the free coffee and hot chocolate on the first floor. All the staff were friendly. Dogs are allowed and we enjoyed meeting other guests who had dogs with them.

Restaurant is great, pool and hot tub is wonderful and the elevator is amazing to get luggage and kids up and down.

Tap water in Ocean City does not taste well, it has strong chemical taste. Hotel did not offer any drinking water in the room or elsewhere in the hotel (e.g. no place to refill the water bottle with filtered water, like many hotels offer now).

Nice location right on the boardwalk, good restaurant. Housekeeping was doing good job, room was clean. Free coffee in the room, even better free coffee downstairs next to reception. Parking was provided for free in the multi-level garage.

The restaurant inside the hotel was terrible, they didn't get our order right and they were way over priced!!

We wanted an ocean front room with a handicap shower. They told me you didn't have one with an ocean front room. The girl at the desk said check out the room and let me know if its okay. We were pleasantly surprised to see the shower had a little step to get in and they gave us a shower chair,that was perfect!! My son is disabled and would not be able to lift his leg high enough to get in a tub to take a shower. We would definitely recommend staying at your hotel. You were very accommodating, Thank You, Cindy Gades
