There was a half eat pizza in a drawer old on the toilet shower drain was clogged the air conditioner was leaking under the floor and someone ripped out the smoke detector I told the staff at the desk they said what do expect from a two star hotel will be trying to get my money back

No rails in shower, the Wifi was open so you wasn’t able to stay on the internet and no hair dryer and no coffee maker in the room

I didn’t feel secure in my room. There was no secondary lock and deadbolt didn’t work. Also tv remotes didn’t work and the picture on tv was not clear.

The one young lady who works in the front of the office is very rude and always has attitude and looks at you like you don’t belong there

Room wasn’t clean as expected, patched holes on the walls. Mattress on bed was horrible. Needs replacing. Room 103 needs to be updated. Poor cable/satellite reception. No signal almost all the time.

Staff cussing like a sailor in front of my kids ( I get it but I’m no Karen at all). Toilets wouldn’t flush, our door wouldn’t shut unless we absolutely ran into it. They never kept clean rags has to wait multiple times. Just trash everywhere like it was an abandoned place. Me and my family come here every year and this has been the absolutely worst! I invited my parents and I felt very let down especially how I talked about how good and friendly this place is. Definitely went downhill! I’d rather spend more money to stay somewhere better !

Island is close and we have always stayed here every year with my family.

The room were not right the freaking toilet didn't flush the microwave had to be smacked to work towels were dirty and t.v. on backside where the pool is did not work not to mention the door had to be football tackled to get into it

When we checked in, the pool LITERALLY had algae growing in it because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last season- water was GREEN and you couldn’t see the bottom. The bed sheets were dirty, room was in desperate need of repair, staff was rude, refused extra linens or pillows, stayed 6 nights out of seven and our room was never cleaned once- gross!

The only positive was the location.

The rooms were okay. Needed a little more cleaning up. Had some bugs, which is kind of usual in the rooms. One of the beds didn't have an extra cushion, like the other one did, but it's okay.

I like that the pool stayed open longer than most hotels and it's close to a lot of stores and restaurants you can walk to The lady in the front was nice, so was the gentleman.

The staff were not nice. No breakfast, even though they advertise free breakfast. No linens until I chased them down.

The pool was pretty clean and big. Great location.

I asked to change my dates from Monday-Thursday to Tuesday-Friday. Nobody got back to me from property and I tried to call for 3 days phone rang off hook . Tuesday morning I was charged a $32 no show fee and reservation was cancelled. Answer messages or phone and you know I couldn’t arrive till day later and they refused to credit that money back to new stay. Tv has no volume control also
