The facility is a bit dated, but well maintained.

So much to like about this place! Huge, very clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location and a good value. Free breakfast! My kids love pool and there's not many in Leavenworth. Bonus that it was dog friendly! Makes such a difference to be able to have your dog on a getaway!!

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good, adding value to an already pleasant stay. Staff were helpful, at least.

The property met all our expectations. The room was adequate for all our needs. We had a small frig and a microwave. We had a small coffee pot. The breakfast room was open at 7:00 with a lovely, lovely attendant who had great coffee. The front desk staff was always helpful. We had a party of 6 adults in 3 rooms. I called the day before check in to ask to have the rooms in the same area of the hotel. No problem at all. It was perfect.

I was impressed with the quality and variety at breakfast, my only complaint was no bananas to go with my raisin bran. The woman working the breakfast was very gracious and accommodating. The room was large and clean. I found it ironic that I had to sign acknowledging the noise rules and yet we had major road construction right outside our windows all night long.

Needs a window or better ventilation. Smelled strongly like cleaning product when we entered over our 4-day stay. The breakfast was great but needs more protein (bacon, sausage, turkey). Wifi was not sufficient for working from the room or hotel. Would have loved a gym. Needs many more Handicap parking spots. No ADA access to the pool.

Very clean, AC/Heater unit worked excellent. No dust bunnies, errant hairs, or garbage anywhere. The room had a fridge, desk, walk-in closet, safe, and great shower. The DVD remote was missing it's battery cover lol. The room and hotel are dated but still an excellent stay.

The pool looked old and in need of refacing. The breakfast was decent, offering a breakfast meat to go with the eggs would have been nice. Housekeeping was not available , a first for us, and we stay frequently at hotels. Our room had an unpleasant odor.

Nothing,all was wonderful even down to the hot temperature of the tea and coffee which was available all day. I am a coffee drinker first thing in the morning and and again in the early afternoon. My husband is a tea drinker.

First impressions: The hotel was very clean and and inviting. Breakfast, ( tasty and hot with nice accommodations for dining) Room,( room, was comfortable and a nice size for lounging when returning from a day of touring. Temperature was easy to control) , Bed,( a very comfortable King size bed with great pillows) Best of all was Nick, the gentleman on duty who helped us schedule our stay via a phone call to the hotel. When we arrived, he was at the desk and he remembered who we were. We wanted to visit Snoqualmie Falls and while on the phone with him making our reservation he gave us great advise. He was friendly and so thoughtful. Such an attribute to have in an employee.

Breakfast - change it or drop it. Maybe ok if you’re trying to feed kids but otherwise don’t bother.

I wanted to do this because a couple of months ago I expressed I wasn’t pleased with this hotel. The “room” made the difference this time. Location is great, room very comfortable and would ask for it again

Our fridge didn't work very well so food spoiled unfortunately. It's also right on the main street so a little loud.

Wifi is not sufficient for business needs, worked from the room 1 day and it was incredibly slow for regular admin tasks. Would have loved a gym. Only 1 window in the room and we like more fresh air. The office next door always smelled like weed/pot which wafted into our room--we hoped we wouldn't get charged for this but we didn't yay! The DVD remote was missing it's battery cover lol. The room and hotel are dated but still an excellent stay. We required ADA so couldn't access the pool, not enough parking spots. HJ -- some men were hanging around the hotel during our stay and looked like they were doing maintenance work. They were sketchy characters that were talking trash about the hotel in front of our door and window. We think they were the pot-smokers, as well as loudly say things like "I would avoid this hotel at all costs". We ask you to reconsider employing these characters.
