Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt's about 20 mins from the beach so I wish it was closer. The toilet got backed up and the plunger they provided looked liked it was from dollar tree and it was not working. The shower did have a great water pressure and nice and hot. The breakfast was just like orange juice and cereal nothing hot. If your coming to stay like one night and you want to not spend so much this will work.

On Saturday the people above us had a huge party was noisy and they had people hanging out side the room for hours. Did not feel safe there.

United StatesMe, having a disabled family member being told that I had only 5 to 10 steps to carry a stroller, with person in it, because they can't walk, upstairs, to get to a second floor room, and when I get to the stair case, there were 13 steps. Telling us to carry the person in or out of the stroller IS A SAFETY HAZZARD. Owner/Staff dismissed my concern. I explained on line our special needs when reserving the stay. Staff stated that calling ahead would have been the thing to do in that case. So we were expecting a room on the first floor. After staff noticed the disabled customer, they realized I didn't lie about it. There are no accommodations at this hotel for the disabled.
Staff saw that I wasn't lying about having a disabled family member, they found us a first floor room, when they said at check in that there were not any available.
