United StatesThe pool could’ve been cleaner, maybe even just skimmed to get rid of some of the bugs/leaves at the top but at least it was opened. Breakfast was the same two days in a row, nothing new, basic eggs sausage links pancakes and biscuits. Could’ve used some packets of salt/pepper and/or hot sauce. I will also say, some of the linen did appear.. stained.
The king suite was great! Traveling with my partner and two kids it was nice having that little separation of the French doors between the two “rooms”/beds, while still being in the same room. Loved the two entrance doors at either side of the building and being so close to the pool and lobby. Ac was super cold, two tvs , two sinks, mini fridge and microwave worked fine. Housekeeping came by and did replace what we needed and was friendly. As was the guy checking us in.

United StatesThe overall smell of the hotel was musty. We did have to switch rooms because of the overwhelming musty smell. The hot tub was not functioning. The location was near a very busy highway and train line.
I enjoyed the pool on a hot day. The bed was comfy and soft. The staff was very nice and helpful.

United StatesThere is too much light coming into the room at night. Hot water takes a while to warm up. Only 1 bedside table. I'd give the breakfast a 2 out of 10. Watered down juice. No flavored coffee creamers. No Jelly for the Biscuits. No waffles. Very bland.

United StatesThe a/c began to leak into the room after long usage and also the smoke detector wasn’t working properly. Outside trash containers were overflowing everyday. They definitely need to hire more staff/housekeepers to maintain the property better.

AustraliaOn arrival the entire foyer floor was wet (not damp) from cleaning and the cleaning substances overpowered me as I entered. Not a welcoming first impression. No freezer in the little fridge. The coffee maker had seen better days and hadn't been cleaned for a long time .. there was still a used, manky pod in it. Breakfast is meagre.
The Location is fantastic .. literally 10 mins to The River Walk and The Alamo. The pool is lovely .. could be heated just a little more. Good parking The rooms are vast. Great value for money.

United StatesThe hallways were really hot and humid and so was the room when we first got in. The only button that worked on the TV in the bedroom was the on and off switch. Everything else wouldn't work, not even the remote for the TV worked. The bathtub had no stopper and when we called up the lobby to see if we could get one so we could use the tub they told us there was nothing they could do about it. We had to go and buy one ourselves.
