United StatesYou get what you pay for. The room looked clean at first glance but the bedding was stained (I went to Walmart and bought sheets). It was very challenging to get into the parking lot (no left turn I had to pass it and make an illegal U-turn). My neighbors were loud. You can't blame the facility for most of that. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again but I would bring my own bedding.
The staff were very friendly. The price was good. I didn't have a pet with me but I appreciate that they allow them, thats been a challenge for me on other trips.

United StatesNo way to turn on the bathroom vent without also turning on the lights. Also, the location is a little inconvenient to get to off the highway. It's off a divided road and you can't just turn left or make a u-turn. You have to make a right and three lefts to get to the side of the road where the motel is. Sink is a little low and the faucet is far back, but it still works fine.
Room was nice and clean. Mini fridge with freezer was good, though the freezer didn't fully freeze the liter bottles of water that we put in it. Beds were comfy and there was no carpet (which is how we prefer it). Air quality was great (we use a room air filter machine which indicates how clean the air is). The humidity was good, too, unlike some other motels in the area where the air is moist and everything feels sticky. Mini coffee maker in the room is nice even though we didn't use it on this visit. They also have free coffee and juices in the lounge area 24 hours a day. Belvita biscuits and granola bars in the lounge for breakfast, but no fruit.

United StatesLocation is challenging as one must approach the property from the east as one can not turn left from the west or turn from the motel to go east. This is due to a large increase in traffic since the motel was built.
The room was tidy, clean and a good value for the price. The motel management has done a good job in taking care of the property and they were helpful in accomodating us.

When we asked for more the nice gentleman at the front desk was not able to give us any because the maintenance room was already locked for the evening. I know we weren't in a handicap accessible room so we don't have the set up for one however there should be a bar in the shower that you can grab onto just in case you slip. There's nothing there to try and help prevent a fall.
The staff was wonderful. The room was nice. Good location.

United StatesAppeared that the room next to ours is lived in. Had 2 vehicles and used the parking space directly in front of their room and the one in front of ours. Pet area was sufficient and it looked like they are working to make it nicer, but the patrons/tenants don’t pick up much after their pets. Watch where you walk! Also be aware that there is a solid median strip in front of the property, so to get to the many restaurants and businesses in the area you will need to go several blocks to do a u-turn either going or coming from the property.
Close to I 95, room was clean enough, not a terrible area. The gentleman at the desk was very polite and efficient, he even went and made sure the room had been cleaned before we went to it. Checkout was easy.

The only thing I didn't like was there were no microwaves in the room. You have to use a communal one in an outdoor breezeway. Other guests aren't as courteous about cleaning up their messes in the microwave, but that's not really the hotel's fault.

When I reserved this room, it was posted on booking. Dot com as sixty five dollars . I was billed about $98 and change for the room plus a $100. Hold on my card and an additional $15 charge. As well.. I believe I deserve a refund. As this has caused me a lot of issues financially, not expecting the burden of the additional the charges.

United StatesWas denied a late check out after prepaying and arriving late. The reason given was that "the hotel is fully booked for Saturday night". As check in is normally after 3 pm and it was obvious that the hotel was less than a quarter occupied. An extra hour was much needed. I have never stayed at any other Red Roof, or any hotel, that would deny a late check in customer a late check out. The next morning, I checked out exactly at 11 am. The maid was already at the door ready to clean the room. It was obvious that there were not many other rooms that needed to be tended to.
