Cleanliness…..the room could have been cleaner. Hairs on sheets and towels. Stains.

The first room we were given had a door to the room next door. A dog was in the adjoining room was barking loudly and coming through the door. I requested and was given another room. Grounds appeared well kept but trash was overflowing in the receptacles and dumpster. Also the odor of dog feces was strong outside as the grass areas were not kept clean. The phone and alarm clock did not work. No coffee maker in room. No lamp or power at desk. Room was poorly maintained. Gaps in hard floor panels. Rust and stains on counters, doors, floors and tub. Tub faucet handle was not installed properly and fell off when attempting to use. Deadbolt was difficult to latch as you had to left up on the door to lock/unlock. Although the floor was likely dust mopped, it had not been wet mopped and was dirty. Towels and clothes were rough and thin.

I slept comfortably. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. AC worked fine. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked fine.

Check in clerk was rude and not very good at communicating. The room was dirty and the shower head was rusting. The bed was uncomfortable, and after they changed the sheets the first night the sheets were still moist from the washing machine.

It was very ran down the first room that I was given had duct tape all on the bathroom door and holes all on the comforter I should’ve taken pictures, but I didn’t. I just requested a different room, but the next room wasn’t much better.

they gave me a different room that was cleaner but forgot to make changes on computer and they tried to tell my I checked out already early. which I didn't I was there til Sunday.

I checked into one room but toilet and bathtub were dirty. the gentleman at desk gave me another room no problem.

dirty room that I ended up cleaning myself upon checking in; exceptionally rude staff (made fun of a hearing impaired customer’s disability to another customer after insulting him for being disabled); “breakfast bar” literally waffle iron (no syrup half the time) six honey buns laid out in a display case, and some cereal with no milk; deadbolt wouldn’t engage; smoke detector was removed and sprinklers were stuffed with toilet paper
