Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe first room we were given had a door to the room next door. A dog was in the adjoining room was barking loudly and coming through the door. I requested and was given another room. Grounds appeared well kept but trash was overflowing in the receptacles and dumpster. Also the odor of dog feces was strong outside as the grass areas were not kept clean. The phone and alarm clock did not work. No coffee maker in room. No lamp or power at desk. Room was poorly maintained. Gaps in hard floor panels. Rust and stains on counters, doors, floors and tub. Tub faucet handle was not installed properly and fell off when attempting to use. Deadbolt was difficult to latch as you had to left up on the door to lock/unlock. Although the floor was likely dust mopped, it had not been wet mopped and was dirty. Towels and clothes were rough and thin.
I slept comfortably. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. AC worked fine. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked fine.

United StatesCheck in clerk was rude and not very good at communicating. The room was dirty and the shower head was rusting. The bed was uncomfortable, and after they changed the sheets the first night the sheets were still moist from the washing machine.
