We got a room with bunk beds and a queen bed. For 1 adult and 2 kids. The rooms are soooo small. Although nicely renovated in building 1. There was no where to put our clothes or our suitcases. They would of been better off expanding the room instead of having a useless balcony that you could stand but not sit. Just my opinion. I would definitely go for a family suite next time.

Location to Disneyland. Facilities were clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool and splash park were great for the kids. The weather was really good for it too. Nice they offered laundry facilities. Mimi’s restaurant was right across the street which was great food at a reasonable price.

I honestly do not have a single negative thing to say about this place. Facilities were clean, bed was comfortable, staff was accommodating, bathrooms were clean pool and facilities were amazing for our six-year-old children.

Family, friendly, and exceedingly helpful staff. I would highly recommend to travelers.

The only bummer was the little pool for toddlers was blocked out and the bigger slide for whatever reason so my grandson couldn't play there but still super fun it didn't matter!!

We loved that it's so close to Disneyland!!! The store that is on site had everything we needed last minute!! I had read some negative reviews thar the economy rooms were not the best and I was concerned but we were in building 6 and our room was perfect, roomy, comfy, and clean!!!! We asked for 1st floor due to me having knee problems and they made it happen!! We then requested that my family's room be near ours, they were able to put us in adjoining rooms and couldn't be more perfect!! Staff was friendly, and helpful and made us feel welcomed!!

That we had to leave , we did not want too only had 6 luggage carts and 115 check outs ,not enough handicap parking

They were so accommodating, I was having bad hot flashes and my husband called for a fan for me to have air in my face and those sweethearts brought 2, such a great place always making sure we were doing ok and Arial was great recommending D and R mobility for a scooter they were awesome . The view from our balcony was Breathtaking with disneyland fireworks. Gift shop had us covered and have great selections

They could definitely do away with the pay for parking. Also my room had other people's clothes on the balcony so that was minus some points. Also, the website mentions breakfast as an option but upon arrival we were informed there was no kitchen on site.

We loved the location, plus the water park playground! Also the room was great & it had an awesome set up!

No water refill station outside of pool, which had specific hours. Would have loved some better breakfast options from the convenience store for quick reheating in the morning. Need better coffee. Just a coffee and water station in the lobby would have been amazing.

Can honestly say we had no issues or any thing we didn’t like.

From Check in to check out everything was amazing. The staff, pool and distance to Disneyland all top notch!! The beds extremely comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back again!

The bath/shower wasn’t great.

Location was perfect for walking to Disney and being able to stop for breakfast on the way at ihop! We also were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony which was amazing!!
