Shower was dirty. When we arrived, there were a dozen curly black hairs in the shower. The bed was made with what felt like a sheet and a 2-ply sheet. We ended up taking a sheet from the other bed to stay warm. The shower curtain rod was wobbly and could detach any moment. The curtains had black mold on them. Also, no fridge! We had an ice chest thankfully.

I absolutely hated that we didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge in our room. The morning of the concert we woke up to no water. Also the water pressure for both the sink and shower was absolutely horrible. It also takes a while for the sink water to heat up. I also hated the curb appeal of the hotel. The pictures online definitely hoodwink you. This is a high traffic area with a lot of homeless people around it. The parking is sketchy and I didn’t like that I couldn’t see my car from my room. All and all I probably won’t book here ever again.

I liked that it was close to the NRG Stadium. I came to see Beyonce. The a/c blew ice cold and the pillows were good pillows.

Very close to the highway, especially the rooms by the street, we hear the cars all the time! No fridge, no microwave, the pool was dirty!

Bathroom to small, no fridge or microwave. Also they didn’t respect my booking. I needed 2 beds which I had booked weeks before and they rent it out and just told me that all they have. They didn’t tend to fix it or give me option. I had to sleep on the floor because my kids kept the bed with my wife

Close to highway 🛣 so very loud. Random ppl knocking on my door asking for change, to use my phone 📱 and just scary /weird 😨 Toilets issues for days, not flushing 💩💩💩💩💩💩🤔🤔🤔🤔🙃🙃 No late check outs:( I was waiting for toilet to flush lol But these things weren't a major issue...

Safety around the Motel is not one of the best attributes.

While the room has recently been updated and has plenty of space, it felt a bit haphazardly done. Our room in particular smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning unit didn’t work super well.

It was walking distance from NRG stadium which was nice.

They now charge $2 for the room key and $2 when you use your credit or debit card. They tell you you'll get the $2 back when you return they key. When you return the key, at check out, they tell you "oh the person that checked you in didn't charge you for the key. ".. I stated yes she did she charged me an extra $4! She proceeds to tell me no, see, it's not listed here. At this point, I was ready to go and just said whatever and damn, all that over 2 lousy bucks! Yes I could've went to my car and got my receipt that showed the additional charges for BOTH the room key and for using my credit card, but I figure if she had to LIE THAT HARD for that little $2 she needed it more than I did. I won't book there again, though, JUST because of this.!
