United StatesBakery/Coffee Shop was listed to open at 6 but didnt. They said operates by 3rd party. So waited til 7. Then 8. Never opened. Valet parking only. Spend that help to make a coffee shop or breakfast start! And daughter left her googles by pool and staff said the pool door locked and I would have to wait til the pool people got there! My wife walked to the pool opened thr door and grabbed mask. Lied. We were about 1 hrs late leaving because of Coffee shop and pool lie. Not happy. Like I said, change thr breakfast options and promote STACY if you want great leadership.
Beds were comfortable and Pool. Stacy is the best at front counter and in my opinion should be the boss.

United StatesMy only comment concerns general cleanliness. Everything seems to need a thorough vacuuming and in some places, carpet cleaning. Beyond that, it met all of our needs. The other suggestion is that we wish the coffee bar opened earlier, like at 6:00 am.
The location is perfect! We walked everywhere. Staff were really friendly. We also appreciated the airport transfer and the workout facility.

Then they prominently display in 2 locations how to tip the cleaning staff on-line. There was a very large enclosed patio but only a square cube out there. Was it a table? There were no chairs which was too bad since the weather was nice.
