How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The room next to us was extremely loud, screaming girls' party or something banging on the walls, and it took a while for the staff to respond to our complaints other than that at 2 a.m., not bad
The atmosphere was fun . Comedy show was ok mc was great .

The view of the parking lot was okay but it was super walkable to all of our adventures during our stay.
Loved drag bingo, the bar, and the excellent customer service around the clock! The free airport shuttle was clutch too, we used it both ways!

Bakery/Coffee Shop was listed to open at 6 but didnt. They said operates by 3rd party. So waited til 7. Then 8. Never opened. Valet parking only. Spend that help to make a coffee shop or breakfast start! And daughter left her googles by pool and staff said the pool door locked and I would have to wait til the pool people got there! My wife walked to the pool opened thr door and grabbed mask. Lied. We were about 1 hrs late leaving because of Coffee shop and pool lie. Not happy. Like I said, change thr breakfast options and promote STACY if you want great leadership.
Beds were comfortable and Pool. Stacy is the best at front counter and in my opinion should be the boss.

wish the pool was a bit bigger.

Possibly more staff for the bar and Resturant/cafe. It was closed during my whole stay and I was looking forward on eating there.
Very chic and clean. Great walking distance from all off downtown Palm Springs. Love that’s it’s pet friendly.

Really good stay. Superb staff. Great location in the heart of Palm Springs. Was a great place for Coachella as it’s not too far from the shuttle station.

Staff, pool and location were great. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and my room had a great view. The Valet were very kind in helping with directions and where I might want to shop and eat. This also applies to the reception staff as well. All were very accommodating.

The only parking option is valet. It’s on a busy street and it can take longer than usual to turn out of the property onto the street.

the building that our room was in had a strong smell of mildew, but thankfully not in our room. Was very clean otherwise

The pool party music on Sat & Sun was WAY TOO LOUD. We had a room overlooking the pool and we could not enjoy our room or balcony while the music was playing.
Our first room had no view except dumpsters but the staff helped us find move to a room on the 3rd floor with a great view.

The location was exceptional!! Great restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hotel needs updating and the pool area needs improvement for furniture and shade. The beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom we had was big.

The bar was never open there was a problem with the shower that they didn’t fix after they came to our room. What staff there was were friendly but not eager to assist which would be fine if it was’nt for the constant texting from the property that there was so much to do.

My only comment concerns general cleanliness. Everything seems to need a thorough vacuuming and in some places, carpet cleaning. Beyond that, it met all of our needs. The other suggestion is that we wish the coffee bar opened earlier, like at 6:00 am.
The location is perfect! We walked everywhere. Staff were really friendly. We also appreciated the airport transfer and the workout facility.

Not having the room serviced. They only do it if you request it but they did not tell us that at check-in. Then they prominently display in 2 locations how to tip the cleaning staff on-line. There was a very large enclosed patio but only a square cube out there. Was it a table? There were no chairs which was too bad since the weather was nice.
