United StatesI didn't like that there was no elevators there. I wish they had an elevator for my elderly Mom. Also, I wish there was breakfast like it was advertised online. My cousin and I came downstairs to see if the hotel was going to put some items out, but they didn't. If they would make those improvements, I would of given them a rating of 10 exceptional.
The location was convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean. There was no long wait to get our rooms.

United StatesFront desk was rude. When I went to my room I wasn't aware of not having any dishes in there when I had a full kitchen obviously. I was told to ask for the dishes. Then when I needed extra towels I was told I had to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk to get new ones. This was all not necessary for me to do all this extra work when I paid 200 for 2 nights. And I can't even get room service to handle these things. Please do better.

United StatesI was checked in to a room that was already taken. I thought they would've verified from the cleaning person that it was vacant but was not. Due to that, the lady at the front canceled my booking but could not add my room back to waiting for check in. I was later offered a different from what I requested but they were able to give me a similar room. I found out later I was charged for 3 rooms instead of 2. The floors were mopped with something that made your shoes sound like there was tape stuck on them everywhere that was not carpet. The gave me a mop to try to remove the stickiness from the floors. I also had to request sheets for the couch beds we had. The mattresses in the couches need to be swapped out. They were stained and barely comfortable to sleep on.

United StatesGeneral manager approached me regarding my certified service dog she explained to me that I'd have to play twenty dollars a day plus $10 a day cleaning fee for the dog to stay there then she has the gall to ask what type of disability do I have I don't know if young lady is just new or if she just don't care or her Daddy bought her a motel to play boss lady with ...I don't know but I know the law and just for information to others you can be fined up to 75,000 per offense for discrimination against a service animal I fought for this country and I have to be treated this way also waited 5 days to be delivered a trash basket we're still waiting on it and we're not even there anymore never gave us a trash basket other than that it was a decent stay also she never explained that there was a deposit which I went ahead and paid and when I checked out she grabs her purse pulls out her wallet and gets my deposit out of her personal cash I don't know many businesses that have a purse that they deposit money in super shady and unprofessional other than the general manager the rest of the employees were super great and very decent I kind of feel sorry for them having to work there and I'm sure she's going to blast back nice little letter or message stating that she doesn't feel like I need to stay there anymore but that's okay at least I got my point across and maybe somebody else won't be subjected to this silliness

It was awful receptionist told me that we had to pay a xtra 150 by card i told her I only had the amount for 1 night and she said she couldn't take cash for the deposit which I told her I would have to go to the bank she said that was fine so we left went to another motel that was cheaper and didn't require a deposit do not recommend this place especially with us being around here like what are we gonna do steal the TV off the wall she should have took our cash but no she wanted all the money on card we were not told anything about this be4 hand

Surprisingly quiet setting in a little patch of woods around one whole side of it Big rooms, full size kitchen and stove and even the refrigerator is full size. Bathroom has shower and tub! Very clean and tidy Safe place and great place to stay! The location is right across the street from Haywood Mall, and right at the interstate, and yet quiet. Special thanks to Phoebe, Marwa, and the young receptionist that works evening usually, you girls are amazing... Thank for such a pleasant stay and for going above and beyond! Highly recommend

United StatesNo Breakfast or Coffee - Was advertised on Booking.com Room had a kitchen with no pots/pans or anything. Bare minimum (Soap) in bathroom. No Shampoo, Kleenex or cups Bed a bit hard, but I enjoyed it. Layout of building was a bit crazy. Tried to check out at 8am, and there was no one in the lobby. The roll up metal barrier over the front desk makes the place appear sketchy to be in. Needs a bit updating (Paint and rugs in hallways)
