It was much quieter than most places. The desk was very good sized. I was able to put my work binders out and still have room for my laptop and note writing.

TV barely worked and I never received any new towels or anything. It was worth maybe the price they were charging but not the price you were charging.

United StatesOur room was freezing cold because there was a huge gap under the heating unit letting all the cold air in. Staff was very standoffish and sort of rude about letting us get a room while our furnace was out house was out. And there was a windchill warning out. Temperatures in the -20 & -30's real feel. All because we live in town.

United States1. Parking lot was slick, wasn't properly salted. I slipped with feet in the air. I saw a shuttle operator clung to his shuttle door to save himself from falling. 2. Parking lot was almost empty as if no guests were living, I know why because there were none. I would not live there again. It was an Econolodge marked as Mainstay Suites. 3. Everything was super old, I was hesitant to even touch let alone using it. No frill items inside. 4. Toiletries the worst I had ever seen. List will go on and on. I short I regret my stay there and will never try Mainstay Suite again.

United StatesI made my decision to stay here by reading previous reviews which were great breakfast. The breakfast consisted of bars, prepackaged muffins and coffee. The site said the pool will be open on 11/17 but the hotel has no pool. Some of the staff were rude in their mannerisms.
I like the full size fridge and bed was comfortable.

United StatesWhen we first entered our room my spouse commented it smelled like someone had smoked pot in it. We opened the window and kept it open the entire visit. There was barely a few sheets of toliet paper left on the roll, and half a roll of toliet paper was the replacement. No amenities, like soap, shampoo, conditioner. The fridge was dirty in spots on the outside and the shelving. Walls and ceilling in the bathroom had water damage along with cracks. TV was super small. Bed was not very comfortable and could hear noise throughout the night. Breakfast was pretty much nothing besides coffee, tea bags, granola bars and a few wrapped muffins (I think?). The hotel was located behind another hotel in a cluster, which was not too difficult to find, but took awhile to get to from the regular roads. Besides the two personable front desk clerks, we cannot give any props for anything else.
The staff were very nice. Parking was adequate. Fridge worked fine.
