The room 111 had a leak from the air condition inside the room and the freeway noise was really load. We were moved to another room but there were ants on the table. rm 160. Overall, it was a good stay!

I think the carpet in our room is due for a good steam clean. The outdoor pool is open until 11pm. This is too late to have yelling splashing people not far from your room.

We need a recliner in the room. The comfort Inn in Springfield, Illinois always had a recliner in their rooms that we really appreciate us.

It is the perfect location for us to stop on our way to our daughter's and son-in-law's in Dothan Alabama. Exit 4 is an easy in and out. We went to breakfast at 8 o'clock, and all of the cinnamon rolls were gone, so I was disappointed. Last week when we stayed there, the buffet was out of bacon and eggs, so my husband was disappointed. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. I asked about getting the French toast refilled, and he said it would be a few minutes, so we waited. When our kids were little, we used to stop there on our way to Alabama, and there canned peaches and there was fresh fruit--big delicious strawberries, and fresh pineapple. I would be happy to have that again. Last week when we stayed, there, there was carpet on the floor, and it smelled damp in the room; however, when we stayed last night, there was a nice new wood floor that was lovely. My husband and I were just saying when we got home tonight that the motel rooms should have a recliner so that we can relax and rest before we go to bed. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well, which we appreciated.

Seemed understaffed for dinner… had to wait about 15 minutes before our order was taken. Waitress was nice though and apologized for the wait.

No elevator. Breakfast items were not hot, luke warm. Only one lady seating, bringing drinks and cleaning tables so no refills. One side of toaster broken. Need more staff if treating it like a restaurant. In our room, there was a half eaten salad and fork in the refrigerator.

We were on 2nd floor. The window only had sheer curtain. Heavy curtain to side was hanging down on the side. There was no heavy curtain and lights from service station came right throu sheer curtains. No privacy curtain.

The door to the first room I had wouldn’t open until about the tenth attempt. This hotel has quirky features - the remote to the TV was difficult to use. There wasn’t a channel 41, rather it was 41-1. The shower needed a magical incantation to turn on.

The two pools were great! Warm inside pool!! The best Buffet ever!!! All sorts of meats! (Just missing yogurt) Close to Highway exit and every kind of store or restaurant you could want!

The only thing I would have liked different is in the bathroom there were spiders (I killed two) and mildew was around the tub and on the walls and ceiling. There were a couple of long hairs in the bathtub when we arrived. The bathroom could use a good make over. We stayed in room 164.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. All of the staff would say good morning, have a nice day, even if we just were passing them on the way to our room. Our room was right next to the pool, and we loved it. The free breakfast was amazing and the area looked really clean.
