Bathroom sink was very, very slow to drain otherwise, no complaints

Key was not activated for our entire stay so every day we had to go back to the reception to reactivate it. The mattress was a little too hard for my liking.

The last couple of days we noticed the a/c was not cooling properly as the temperature got warmer. They offered us another room but we didn’t want to move our stuff so we just endured. A little uncomfortable

Clean and comfortable. They came in daily and picked up garbage and left clean towels. Since Covid most hotels don’t even do that. Usually you have to go to front desk to pick up towels or call front desk for them

I really can’t complain about a thing. Everything was good for the price.

Conveniently off the 90, the staff was great about accommodating my disabled grandmother and our rooms were pre cooled, which was so thoughtful! The rooms were fairly clean and the breakfast was surprisingly full of variety. The bed was a bit firm for my husband and I, but my grandmother had a great rest, which was of utmost importance. Our stay was excellent for the price, and we would stay again.

There was no elevator, the design of the building is a bit dated, the hallways did not have air conditioning, and the space to eat was small and cramped.

The room was clean. There was adequate parking. The location provided a nice quiet backdrop and was not far from places to eat, but they were not walkable.

The room was filthy, the carpet wasn't swept, the air conditioner was full of dust and mold and we had to clean the room ourselves before we stayed. The sink and bathtub had hair and mold in them. We informed the staff and instead of offering to clean it they argued with us and gave us discount. Elevator didn't work and common areas were dirty.

For the price, I was not expecting anything great but it could have been better. It needs an update. The breakfast wasn't very good. Rooms had a musty smell and the sheets almost felt damp.

The price was much better than most places.

The man who cleans the room is not friendly at all and he didn't change the sheets on the bed that were stained. I asked for clean towels and he didn't have any either.

Outdated, strong smell of mould inside the motel and particularly in our room. The breakfast was ok. But very tired building and furnising that is in bad shape.

Our room wasn’t very clean. I actually requested a different room because of how dirty it was… I found sun flower seed casings, splatters on the walls, and a stash of toenails... which is what drew the line for me.. Our second room was also dirty. The sheets smelled clean but appeared to have stains on them. Looked like a rusty iron went across it. As well as a green paint marker stain. The bathroom floor needed a decent scrub. There was a brown substance that looked to have dried and crusted to the tile. It reminded me of gravy. Not sure what it was. Splatters on the walls as well. Lock on the entry door was weird. Didn’t feel very safe. The fan wasn’t ran on a different switch for the toilet and shower room. Fan was loud and annoying, not very good for a relaxing shower. Haven’t received my 25$ deposit back either.. it’s been 2 days. The front desk employees were so kind and helpful. Very nice ladies. They really tried to make things right. Honestly I just wanted to find a different hotel but I had plans and we were running late so we just stayed there. Breakfast was really good. They had a decent variety of foods. Warm and tasty. Tea and coffee bar was very convenient. Hot water machine, vending machine and ice machine were useful.

The location was out of the city, but close to the amenities. The front desk ladies were very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Check out was later than most hotels and Check in was smooth. Tv worked well. AC was very refreshing. Hair dryer worked great. Water pressure and temperature were fantastic. Shower had a decent sized tub for a bath. Toilet and shower are separate from sink so I could do makeup without worrying about my partner needing privacy on the toilet. Iron and board worked good. Lamps had outlets for devices, super convenient. Full body mirror was very nice for getting ready to go out.
