    The staff I spoke with was kind

    The room was filthy. Including the hot tub/Jacuzzi tub. There were dead ants and other bugs throughout the room. One of the hand towels looked like it was used and just put back up without being washed. There was what looked like mold on the ceiling in several places. The shower head in the bath tub was practically broken-it only had one setting that would work and it was like a most setting that made it almost impossible to rinse my hair. The hair dryer on the wall didn't work at all. There was an iPhone charger left plugged in beside the sink that was not mine, which made me feel like the room was barely cleaned at all with everything else I have already mentioned. Because of the setting on the shower head, it caused some water on the floor so I put a towel down and wiped it up and when I picked the towel up it was VERY dirty, like the floor had never been mopped. I opened the fridge and there was what looked like mold inside of that as well. I was unable to sleep due to just being uncomfortable with how dirty everything was. Made me really question how clean the bed was.

    Room was decently clean. Front lobby Staff was friendly

    AC unit was dirty and clogged. I ended up getting sick. Bathtub is slippery and very raised

    breakfast was skimpy cups were plastic for hot beverages and WAY too small choices were bread and small packaged muffins milk was warm location next to eat and park and sheetz very close very close to interstate ice machine access

    breakfast pillows were worn extra blankets --the bedspread was VERY thin the front desk staff was at check in and when added a night--very apathetic and not helpful to look to see how they could help save me by staying an extra night--I almost didnt because of this also i had told them i no longer needed a double and to move rooms but they would not -which would have saved me money

    The rooms were dirty, the staff were unprofessional and the staff repeatedly charged my card on file until he no longer could and refused to give me a refund or let me speak to a manager

    Paid for a two night stay as I was planning to stay out of town for my sisters wedding. Man at the desk said it didn’t go through even though it said approved. I asked for him to check because it said approved. He clicked on his computer for a few minutes and said I was all good. After check in I left to get some food AND CLEANING PRODUCTS TO CLEAN THE DIRTY ROOM MYSELF for the weekend and my card declined. I had all of my money taken from my account asides for 10$. I went to show the employee that checked me and ask him about the charges and he instantly began shaking and calling the cops. He never asked to see the charges and refused to call his manager. The police came drove around the lot and did not even stop to speak to anyone! We did not even stay one night and I had to wait for my bank to get my money back through a dispute which took almost a week, even though he stated he put my refund in. This was completely unacceptable. The rooms are already ridiculously priced and not even clean!

    the room was filthy. little hairs everywhere- in the sheets, in the tub, on counters. you could tell the counters had not been wiped. we were so grossed out by everything and would never stay here again. we were honestly even checking for bed bugs because of how dirty the room was

    Location was good. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was great.

    Was a little seedy. Not well kept. Seemed to have a lot of long term stay occupants. Sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. Remote had shrink wrap over it. Not sure if that is a testament to the cleanliness or lack thereof of the property. Pricey for the lack of quality of the property.

    It is convenient and clean. Breakfast could be out til 10 a.m. M-S, not just on weekends, but was convenient with free wifi access, microwave, single serve coffee makes for a nice morning. Doordash knows exactly where it is too, if you want to order from local establishments.

    From the time I walked in to check in to the time I left (two run-ins total), the worker at the front desk did not talk much and was impersonable. One or three word sentences and answers were given. They were not rude, just cold and unfriendly in a business that thrives off of a positive interaction with customer-facing staff. This is a minor thing overall and expect it is due to holiday work and business. Worse things have happened! Try it out,, just watch the curbs, they are high and if you park in an end spot that has curbs on the side, you may get wheel road rash.

    Personally I am not a huge breakfast fan, so the buffet met my expectations. Cold cereal, bagels, yogurt and hot coffee were the standouts.

    Can't think of any cons.

    Clean and staff was really nice.

    The floor for some reason was freezing cold and didn’t even warm up when the heat was on. It was extremely cold, even with socks on the floor was cold. Weird, but true.
