Stained hallway carpet. Lack of front desk personnel and room keys that were troublesome.

The bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked as expected. The breakfast was adequate. The pool and hot tub were nice, but at least 2 little pool towels were needed to dry off.

I was put on the second floor and the back entrance wasn’t in order, the card reader was broken. This required I walk the entire hotel since I was at the very end. The pool area wasn’t clean

2 am. We could hear other guests running their water/tub jets. Was difficult to sleep when you can hear everything outside of room.

The room was well worth the money. The breakfast was what was expected for a hotel breakfast.

The maintenance and up keep of the building. Carpet in hallways and the walls could use updating. The drain in the sink didn't drain well..

My friends live in Allenton, so this location worked out perfect. It's also very convenient to shops and restaurants. Pool and spa looked nice. Room was comfy but needed more pillows. There were 2 small pillows on a big king bed.

The spa tub in our room didn't work. Kept draining and jets wouldn't turn on but I paid extra money for a room with a spa tub in it.

The facility seemed very dark and a little dingy. There was no elevator, the AC in the kitchen area was not working well. Also, in my room and my co-workers room, the outlets on the lights for charging or for irons did not work.

Location was very nice for what we were doing. Close to Dinner, our 2-day routes, gas station, grocery store.

The faucet in the sink in the bathroom leaks and the sink gets backed up when running for a while.

We encountered a problem with the door key to our room. The staff person gave new pass cards, but the problem never was resolved. He could not or would not find a way to resolve the room key problem. In the end, one of us had to stay in the room so we would not get locked out. It was inconvenient and the problem was never resolved. Also one of the additional outside doors would not lock. For two women traveling that is uncomfortable. We did not feel really safe because of that. The common areas were clean. WE ate at two local restaurants. Good food within walking distance.

We did not eat breakfast there. The morning coffee was good. As for the room, the beds were really comfortable, room and building clean.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The shades didn’t block nearly any light so I was awake all night thinking it was time to get up. It faced right into the parking lot where it was lit up like a bad guys compound when the hero gets caught.

Our room had some sort of furnace or something that turned on and off continuously- made it hard to sleep. The comforter had holes in it. The carpet and recliners showed too much wear, tear and stains.

The location was fine for what we needed it for. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

When walking in the hall the halls seemed dirty, quite a few rooms looked like the doors were ajarred. In fact I had to kick the door to the open and kick it closed. At first I didn't notice that the door did not automatically lock. Definite safety issue

Breakfast was descent. Cleanliness okay. Room seemed clean, bed comfortable, shower was nice with hit water but had to pull the drain for water to go down. Would stay there again

I did my reservation through the app. And when I show up to the front t desk to check in. It didn't appear so I have to pay again. In the front desk cause they did have any reservation for me.

I stayed in a King suite and the bed was very comfortable! The AC worked great, there was plenty of TV stations to choose from, the mini fridge was plugged in and ready to go. There was a pool and hot tub, I unfortunately did have time to use either, but both were up and running. Typical hotel breakfast!
