Room could use more of an update. There was no shower curtain , TV didn’t work , no extra bedsheets or covers for the sofa bed. The room look like it wasn’t cleaned properly. Pool doesn’t look like it’s been maintained. It needs a few updates. Cracked stucco rocks in the pool not properly filtered

The pull out bed was broken. They did offer to have us change rooms but we had already unpacked and were going to sleep. The breakfast milk was warm and coming out in chunks.

I liked the size of the room and amenities. Staff was great.

Overpriced snacks

One of your employees at the front desk explained the charge of the room off of booking.com. How I got charged half before we even arrived. Velma was very nice and helpful she deserves 5 stars on our end or a raise!!!

The mattress was old where you can see that it was sinking in the middle. Stains on the bedroom walls and shower head rusted.

The bathroom were a little older and falling apart a little. The bathroom was not set up very spacious. But it was clean.

Our room was right on the elevator and we heard that going up and down all night. Also, neighbors were very loud.

The location was great for what we were in Hobbs for. Breakfast was the same both mornings.

Staff at check in were friendly. Ray was very helpful with getting our tv working and looking for the right cord we needed. Breakfast was really good both days Room was spacious and bed was clean and comfortable.

The sofa in our room was old and looked very worn. The drywall next to the shower was damaged and painted over. The sealant surrounding the bathroom tub/shower was moldy and caked on rather than replaced. The floor tile grout was dirty.

The warm breakfast was great and included waffles, toast, pastries, omelets, juices, coffee, sausage links, Oatmeal, and cubed potatoes .

The toilet was leaking and flooding the bathroom. They handled it but it was still and inconvenience to have to have someone come fix it at ten at night.

I would love to get my money back but I'll be happy with a partial refund and also for them to treat their gess better. A good costumer services and housekeeping training would work wonders in that place.

The bed sheets wore dirty. The bathroom looks like they cleaned it in a rush. There was hair on the tub and stains in the toilet seat. It is a very bad housekeeping service. When a call to complain about the bed sheets. The housekeeping supervisor and the front desk argued that the hair all over the bed was from the laundry personnel when the sheet got folded. That the stains and rincles wore because the sheets wore old. The only thing they offer me is to give another sheet. They didn't even offer to make the bed over for me. They both very rode to me I only use the because the location was very close for the eve8i was atendig.
