The floor we were on smelled absolutely disgusting & the bathroom was so dirty that we wore shoes the entire time we were in the hotel, left our shoes at the bedside. The check in lady was also a snippy then pleasant like I had no idea if she was annoyed with me or just sarcastic or what.

The shower in the bathroom was dirty and had a bug crawling in it. The pool area needs updating. It was dirty, particularly the bathrooms, and the ladder in the pool was detached from the side of the pool. There were also no extra sheets, pillows, or blanket for the pull out couch. I called to ask at the front desk, and they said they would bring some to the room. After a long wait, my husband eventually had to get them himself.

Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. There was a good variety for breakfast. Room itself and hotel lobby area were clean and presentable.

There is no hairdryer in the room. The craftsmanship was a little subpar.

We had made the reservation for our family of 4 and there were only 2 sets of towels in our room. The staff was very helpful when we requested 2 additional sets of towels.

The size of the room/suite was VERY comfortable, the 2 Queen beds were very comfortable and we loved having the sitting area for additional space to spread out. The included breakfast was FANTASTIC, much heartier than I had expected!

We booked a 2 queen room, got there and they didn’t actually have that room available. We got a king bed and a pull out for our kids, worked great, but they didn’t have pillows for the pullout. Make staff worker wasn’t willing to figure out how to help, but the dayside female worker was very kind and accommodating. Still no pillows but she handled herself professionally and was very apologetic and kind. They filled the hottub in with concrete, but have no fear because the pool is the temperature of a warm bath. They have a fun little 12” deep splash pad as well for littles that our kids loved when the big kids (high school aged lacrosse team) were trying to turn the pool into a whirlpool.

Property was under construction but was very clean and well organized.

The room wasn't real clean. Hairs in the tub, sink, and on bathroom counter. Uncapped pen on the floor. Wasn't so gross we needed to raise a stink about it, just wasn't convinced the room had actually been cleaned.

Key card issues , night staff shirt tempered and we felt he was picking on us having him talk to us about several “ things he found issues with “. Our kids weren’t loud or disrespectful. We had family staying so we all were back and forth from the rooms. Key card often stopped working and it almost seemed as if they were disabled on purpose

Location was far from American Family Field ballpark, booking.com stated 7 minutes away, Breakfast wasn't very good, no yogurt, biscuits and gravy empty, hotel undergoing remodeling and only one restaurant nearby.

Hallways were terrible and smelly! Breakfast was bad. Eggs were hard and leftover from another day. Bacon wasn’t ready even though it was 2 hours past when breakfast had started.

Apparently booking did not transfer the charge for room payment to IHG, so had to make payment upon checkin. Customer service could not tell why payment wasn’t transferred.

The roads in and around the hotel area were very rough. City needs to work on the area. I am sure renovations will be nice once completed, but it was not finished so I can't speak to how it would be once done.

Staff was incredibly friendly. I appreciated their hospitality considering the power went out due to a major storm system rolling through.
