To much running in and out of the building ,no locked doors to use the key cards to get in it seemed that anyone could come in and out also the tv in our room was broken you could only see half of the picture and the heater unit was extremely loud when it would jump on ..

I ordered pizza from Dominos and some people , who were always hanging around outside, lied to the delivery driver and said they were me. They had to remake it and redeliver it. Too much riff raff outside

The beds were made fine but those floors were not moped and the cabinets in the inside need some repair looks as if they had water damage and they ain't properly fixed. And like most extended stays that has a kitchen in it that it would come with a coffee maker but nope. But over all it's a good place if you are looking for a place for your family or just even a quiet place you might be looking for.

It has a kitchen and enough space almost like a small one bedroom. There were enough spaces for my family and or things. TV great

The room was particularly clean. The housekeeper did not take out the trash from the previous guest.

The breakfast selection was very poor. No hot water for the oatmeal.

No elevator, only a coffee bar, and breaded items I couldn't eat for breakfast. A bit dark in the entry way and lobby gave it a creepy feel. They asked for a $100 deposit on the room when I got there. That was more than the cost of the room and I didn't see that listed on the website, it was quickly refunded upon checkout.

It was close to fast food and other stores I needed to purchase from. Room was very clean with lots of work and kitchen space.

The room was dirty. People were living out of this hotel and it didn’t feel safe at all. They could at least invest in better towels and bedding. Luckily we only slept there one night while passing through.

The location was pretty close to TradersPoint.

The sheets needed to be changed as soon as we got there. There were large reddish stains on the fitted sheet! Rather scary. You could hear the guests above us walking around until 11;00 each evening. I believe we could hear any guest who walked down the 2nd floor hallway. Even with our "white noise" machine you could hear/feel the bumping of people walking above us.

It was easy access to the main highways. Parking was available and close to the main door. Staff was pleasant and willing to help with our cleanliness issue. Room smelled pleasant. Pillows smelled pleasant.

The smell in the stair way. The bed comforter was more like a sheet not really good quality.

The hotel is just okay. The was room was clean. The beds are okay. If your power is out or you are in need of somewhere to stay for a good price this is the place to go. They had a vending machine. They have free coffee and grab and go items for breakfast that were free.

I found a dirty spot on the pillow so i wasn't sure if the pillow ever changed. Another of residents outside with bunch of kids. I had to report to the front office that the kids was throwing rocks at windows and cars. I was very upset about that. Wish it was an elevator and a cart so we can easily carry our things up level floor.

I truly love about the kitchen. I can make my own food and i love the refrigerator that i can store my cold food or beverages in. Happy that I didn't need to constantly spend money on fast food so that was a plus.

There were no blankets on the bed, no toliet paper, no washcloths, dirt and drip stains on multiple walls, a hole in the bathroom door, and no tv in the room. The room and cleanliness just overall was terrible. I will not return

There was nothing that was to be liked please read top review

First off the pictures that booking.com has are not pictures of the rooms. When we first arrived we were approached by drug dealers in panhandlers. It smelled like weed in the entire place we checked in against my better judgment went to the room no smoke detector stains all over the bed the sheets the box spring . We immediately checked out and now waiting to get a refund from booking.com because the hotel was not as advertised
