United StatesToo many bugs, so the bedding was fine. The first time I went into the bathroom I saw a big cockroach. I should have paid more money elsewhere because having to kill bugs is not my idea of a good relaxing stay in a hotel. I think hotels should use pest control for the amount of money they charge so I wouldn't stay here again. The pool had hoses in it and, it's an indoor pool so you should be able to use it if you want to improve your customer service relations.
The price of the room and proximity to where I was going that weekend.

Front desk staff had a language barrier and the room wasn’t straightened or restocked for our second night. The breakfast was not available and the pool was not available. There was no morning coffee or amenities except for vending machines. A hooker knocked on our door in the evening looking for…… her pimp stood on the balcony above the pool watching. The worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying.
