United StatesI was put on 2nd floor i have a medical boot on but had to go up 15 steps too getting to our room. They women at front desk was very rude and would not do anything to change too 1st floor. Also there was no breakfast available it was listed as having a great breakfast. We are very disappointed!

United StatesWhen I booked this place on Booking.com, it clearly said that breakfast was included in the price. However, there was no breakfast offered at all (just coffee in a thermos with creamer powder). Unfortunately, there also aren't any nice breakfast places nearby that would be open on a Sunday morning
I stayed overnight while traveling from North Wisconsin to Chicago, so I didn't expect much (for the very reasonable price). Manitowoc is not the prettiest town on the shores of Lake Michigan, and there is not much to do/see nor much in the way of places to eat. The place had the vibe and looks of an old-fashioned motel which hasn't been upgraded much recently. However, check-in and check-out were easy, and the front desk staff were very helpful - especially after I had left forgetting something in my room. Overall, it served my needs.

United StatesWhen we got there the initial impression was ok, but once we settled in, the bathroom did not feel clean. The ceiling vent for the fan was not clean. The toilet paper holder was broken. The bathtub was not clean The shampoo dispense was empty. There was no facial tissue. There was no ironing board.

New ZealandThe first room i was given was FILTHY!!!! There was a town stain in the toilet seat (yes you guess correctly). There were skid marks in the toilet. The bottom of the shower was dirty. There was a stain on the sheet. I asked to be moved and this was accommodated. The second room wasn’t much better. There was a black footprint on the bottom of the shower. My guess is that the cleaners wipe the shower but don’t scrub it. It was awful. I was offered no compensation for my terrible stay there. If you value cleanliness then DO NOT stay here. The photos do really show how bad it was.
The pillows were comfortable.
