I loved the clean smell every time I walked in and the cleaning staff was always cleaning and being seen throughout the day.

The bed was very hard, and there was a dripping noise that was very aggravating coming from the air conditioner

The breakfast was probably one of the worst we have ever had staying at a hotel. Not a big deal or selling point but was disappointed since we were staying here so many days.

Great location! We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and we were really close to get to all of the places we wanted to visit! I think that the price was good for 3 days.

The room was very clean. Wish we would have gotten a higher floor but will request for NEXT TIME. The front desk staff was welcoming, polite and friendly. The breakfast room was clean and staff kept food stations full. Loved the pool and hot tub!

The fact I couldn't stay longer (I'm poor lol).

Very nice hotel. Front desk lady was amazing! Pools and hot tubs are open until 2a.m. They have a good breakfast. We were facing the island, and it's far enough off the strip for the traffic not to bother you. You can walk across the street to Mel's Diner, which we always go to. My go-to place in Pigeon Forge from now on.

We travel to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area at least 4 or 5 times a year and the Walden is our new "go to" hotel. Exceptionally clean and the staff was kind, respectful and extremely efficient. The buffet style breakfast is a definite plus. We will definitely be repeat patronss.

The breakfast was basic and nothing special. The BIG PROBLEM I had was when I booked 1 year in advance I was quoted one price and when I followed all the precheck instructions and got there only for the price to go $70 a night! Ridiculous!!! They wouldn't fix it and online customer service sucked! The pool was small.

Handy location. Clean. Enjoyed the fire pit on patio. They have two. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Shenika at check in was especially courteous and went outside to turn the fire pit on for us. Poncho at breakfast had everything well stocked and clean.

The pool towels were tiny!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the entire place was spotless! The breakfast was delicious and the outdoor area was so fun! We ended up eating pizza out by the waterfall and enjoying the fire pits. We will absolutely be back.

Very convenient location, close to restaurants, stores and attractions. But also very close to Wears Valley Road. So it’s very easy to go Wears Valley, Townsend and Foothills Parkway!! Very clean rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

I didn't much care for the toilet enclosure part of the bathroom. I'm 6' 220lbs and slight mobility problems. Beside that no complaints at all. I would recommend The Walden by Wyndham to everyone.

Price, location, cleanliness, very pleased. I would definitely stay at the Walden again. The mountains were great, but I must admit that I am a beach person.
