Made me book on alternate site to get the "discounted" rate, at like 9 pm. I did it in my car to get cell service. All to save like $15...dude, just give me the best rate on an empty room!

United StatesThe facility itself gave itchy vibes. Total remodel needs to be done when you hear the entry doors creaking when opening & closing. Shower heads leak outside tub, dead insects in fridge, and walls are chipped with dirty carpet.

United StatesI booked a room with 2 beds for 3 nights and they give a room with only 1 bed it is uncomfortable for my aunt that is having a back problem. I notify the booking.com the hotel didn’t answer the call and suggested to directly notify the front desk. The guy from front desk said that the hotel has no vacancy for 2 bed room and they can only give that to us on the last day of stay. I think you should not advertise the room that is not available, it is not worth what i paid for.😞

United StatesThe hallway needs a good carpet cleaning. It's a bit smelly. The water fixtures are pathetic. The water stream in the sink isn't strong enough to effectively wash a coffee cup in less than a few minutes. The shower head shot tiny streams of water out (instead of a nice solid flow), so, if you're in a hurry to shower, get out, and get to work or play, double the time a shower would normally take you, and that's what you should expect if you want to emerge soap residue-free. If I were the owners of this franchise or chain, I'd order some really good but inexpensive multi-function shower heads, and put them in every bathroom. What's it gonna cost, like $60 per room. It would make a huge difference. Instead of looking forward to a shower, I kinda dreaded it, not because the bathroom was dirty. It wasn't. It was relatively clean. Showering effectively was a pain in the keister.
The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was quiet enough and clean enough. It wasn't perfect, but, when you book at this chain, perfection should not be the goal. Functional, clean, and comfortable should be the goal and the expectation. For the most part, this property delivered. Also, the staff was cordial and even jovial.

United StatesAs a repeated guest, and one that never makes negative comments, Extended Stay could use some professional cleaning. Starting from the entrance doors, dirty with fingerprints all over, the floors needed sweeping and mopping, the walls looked filthy and the front desk countertops filthy with marks and stains. The smell was not tolerable. Pinesol, that wreaked all the way to the room. It was not pleasant. After 30 minutes of being in the room, I couldn’t take it and had to check out immediately. Reservations cancelled.
Stayed here several times before and had no issues. Chose this hotel in the past because, it was close for work.

United StatesRoom was not very clean as there were A few stains on bed sheets, looked like old stains. Dressers were dusty. Water pressure in tub was not good at all. And shampoo and conditioner is so small, not enough. You can ask front desk for more, which I did but they only gave me 1 extra which was not enough for our family. Good thing there’s a Walmart nearby and I went to purchase more. Breakfast is just muffins and coffee.
Front desk staff are very polite. Parking is great. Really loved kitchen area in hotel room, it came in very handy.
