They don’t have breakfast like other hotels have a breakfast buffet that’s a worst to see. The only thing they have that is consider breakfast is muffins and a tasteless coffee. And the bathroom doesn’t look clean and the elevator smell horrible. Worst is the floor of the elevator is not clean compared to the lobby. The room I notice the couch was rip like it came from a cheap furniture store and kitchen doesn’t look clean. I don’t know how this hotel is 4.5 star the only thing is good that it’s a calm area to stay and sleep but the value to be 4 star and above could be improve on.

Location is terrible. Alot of homeless, drug addicts and crazy people. Alot of kids running down the hall banging on peoples doors. Im a lil disappointed bcuz I stayed here last year around this time and it was not like this at was a few but not this bad so many abandoned buildings now I'm shocked

Room was not well maintained. Cigarette burns and Stains on all counters. Kitchen counters falling apart. Furniture in bad state. We will not stay at this property again.

Room floor just stained, smelled like cigarettes. Just over all dirty and uncomfortable. You go into the hallway and lobby and there’s people nodding off due to drugs. It’s loud and inappropriate staff does not care whatsoever

The protery smelled like marijuana, there were stains all over the furniture, we had our son in a wheelchair and were placed on the furthest side of the hotel completely away from the elevator, there was only one elevator, people were allowed to be by the pool until 2AM there people were screaming and even has a small fire near them (NOT IN A BBQ OR FIRE PIT AREA), the halls smelled of urine, guests smoked marijuana in the very front of the building (the only entrance) we can with our son who was due for surgery at 5AM the following morning. We did not get sleep until closer to 3AM on the worst night of our lives. We had talked about extending the stay but due to the way the hotel was we both activly chose to sleep in the hostpai room instead when the doctors offered an overnight.

It is old and could use updating, it did not feel clean enough. The pull out mattress was stained and we had to go down for the linen. The free breakfast was a coffee bar and some muffins. We didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower in our room as it was unclean. I had to lay down a towel on the computer chair as it was covered in stains.

All of it, location, extremely limited breakfast options, didn't receive king bed as requested, lots of people around outside made it feel like a homeless shelter to stay at.

The property needed a lot of differed maintenance in the room. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. There were small bugs in the unit. The TV wouldn't come on and the wall sockets did not work near the bed. There was a kitchen but no dishes, coffeemaker, cups or silverware. The kitchen drawer was falling apart. The staff on check-in were competent but not at all friendly. I stayed there about 10 years ago for a month and it was very nice, The property has deteriorated since then.

The location was convenient for my particular needs.

Not clean, bullet hole in the windows, shower didn't properly drain and was dirty, I kept my shoes on that's how dirty the floor was. Bed was hard and smelled bad. The whole place was really run down.

Location was close to my meeting location. The ac did cool but smelled musty.

Bathroom was filthy, the bathroom door couldn’t be closed , the walls were dirty, the bathtub was clogged. I had to cancel the 2nd night & went to different hotel. Also free breakfast were only coffee, small muffins & oatmeal- nothing else

Website claims there is breakfast, but coffee and a granola bar is not breakfast. There was snot that someone spit on our room door, and I killed a roach on the wall. Buy more towels. The woman at the front desk in the morning is lazy and has a bad attitude.

We asked for our A/C unit to be fixed, and asked for the room window to be checked, nobody came in. There was writing all over one of the sheets, the sofa bed mattress had a big (fluid) stain, not given enough towels, customer service for check in was not welcoming! We wanted to enjoy the pool but it is next to where people chain smoke and constantly watching you! Others not staying in a room were staying in their cars on the side of the property! Dogs barking in other rooms, music playing loudly late at night.

The location is great, the lobby looks better then the hallways and rooms! Pool was open and we were able to get a big room.

I was accidentally given a room number that already had a guest…… LUCKILY that guest was nice and not dangerous.

It had a huge bed and a lot of space floor for bedroom.
