This place was nice but there were a few things off I got put in a room with no curtain so I had no privacy at all which I thought was weird and wasn’t offered any discount or compensation for the lack of privacy and sleep

No breakfast, no coffee maker, no ice machine, dishes and pots/pans have to be purchased, you are charged for any type of call you try to make with the telephone, no onsite maintenance, no security after hours. Nothing but people smoking cigarettes and marijuana out front and loud bass from cars 24/7.

Be aware that there is no breakfast provided. If you plan on cooking you will have two burners and a microwave but no plates, utensils, glasses, or cookware. These are available on site for PURCHASE. All we had provided were two small plastic cups in-the bathroom.

Had to pay to use kitchen supplies. There was no mention of that prior to check-in! For coffee drinkers, no coffee maker in your kitchenette! No free breakfast, which we knew ahead of time. Only amenities were 1 bard hand soap, 1 bar bath soap, a shampoo and 2 plastic glasses. Question if the location was safe. But the bad report is that not 1, not 2 but 3 nights in a row the couple next door yelling, screaming, swearing etc starting at 4:30 am in the morning! Finally called front desk to report and explained that if they flared up again, I was calling the police for a domestic!

I would lose the carpet next time the facility undergoes a refresh. Carpet is hard to keep clean. Other than that, there were no complaints about the room.

We came up from Tucson so my son could attend a wedding and I could return to Michigan the following morning. The facility was easy to locate, was clean and modern and I appreciated having the kitchenette in the unit. I was able to walk across the parking lot to a Jamba Juice to get a smoothie. The beds were comfortable, it was really nice to have a full-sized refrigerator, the bathroom was large and clean, the shower head was nice. I walked outside the hotel the following morning. There is a very nice neighborhood directly across the street from the hotel where I was able to walk along a series of canals and bonds with a paved pathway and felt safe.

when we got to hotel we were told booking overbooked and didn't have rooms but they had a single full bed we can get for 97.00, having traveled for 4 hours we took the room, so our room cost 200.00. since we didn't use booking we'd like our money back, we did try calling but after an hour I hung up
