United StatesI had foot surgery not long ago so going up and down the steps was not easy. There is no elevator. Breakfast was ok..A lot of Hotel guests was making waffles so it was a very long line not moving.

United StatesLow water pressure and our water faucet was backward. cold was hot. And hot was cold. No elevelator. The back door was open all the time didn't need a key to get in.
Sheets were white and clean. The room seemed really clean. Bigger refrigerator, then most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was clean. The staff was very friendly. Pool towels are good and stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The tv remote worked fine with lots of channels. Breakfast was great.

United StatesThe third shift staff were disinterested; I don’t think the person checking us in even smiled at us once and was more interested in talking to her younger coworker. (First shift staff was exemplary, very accommodating, helpful and super friendly!!) Coffee was absolutely horrible.
Location was great- easy to find, no problems getting in and out. Parking lot was well lit. Everything looked updated and was clean. Beds were comfortable, rooms were a nice size and everything worked properly. Breakfast was also decent- bagels, bread, English muffins, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage patties, sausage links, yogurt, cereal, waffles, and juices (items from what I can recall with certainty). We would stay here again!

United StatesThe rear exit to the building didn't seem to lock. I never needed my key to enter or exit. But the bigger issue for us was that we chose this hotel over others because it is listed as "Queen Room with Two Queen Beds." Not accurate; these are full size beds. I was quite disappointed. It wasn't worth getting another room over or changing hotels. For this reason I wouldn't stay here again.
The hotel has been recently renovated. Nearly everything was new: carpet, paint, shower and bathroom was redone. The staff was nice. The room was clean.
