United StatesUnfortunately, though I requested an accessible room when I booked the reservation, no one ever responded to my request and the hotel was not able to set up anything.to accommodate my mother-in-law's needed wheelchair. The parking space near the room was nowhere close to a handicap accessible ramp and the step up was much higher than most. I have to wonder what the architect was thinking. Also, the beds are quite tall and I worried about added fall risk because of that. The staff were very responsive, but even though I had requested an accessible room in my booking, they were not about to get us into a safe room.
The room itself was pleasant. I liked having a couch in addition to the sleeping areas. It gave me a quiet space to unwind. Staff were courteous and as helpful as possible in the circumstances.

When additional towels were needed midday staff was nowhere to be found. Water pressure was non existent, very poor. Windows dirty.
