I had to change rooms four times due to insufficient accommodations, including mold and urine, stains and hair on carpet. I wasn’t happy that the pool went down and stayed down for over the last two weeks of my stay there. I was told every other day that it would be fixed shortly. This was supposed to be part of my self rehab after coming out of the hospital. No compensation was ever offered and the manager Anthony became worse. On a Saturday before the end of my week he walked by a table that I was sitting at and told me that the company will no longer rent it to me. The whole table was shocked as I was and I asked him. Why is this? He responded that he didn’t like the way I spoke to him in front of his boss.

It was affordable. The assistant manager (Nicki), maintenance mean Bepin and the cleaners Mike & KJ went above and beyond to make my stay as best as possible Despite the managers (Anthony) lack of professionalism from the start.

The door to our room was stuck when opening it. We had to turn the handle and push the door up to get the door to open. The bed was very uncomfortable. The tv in the room didn't work at all. The batteries in the remote were dead so I turned the tv on with the button but then there was no signal to the tv. The Ice trays in the room were disgusting.

The staff was friendly and helped with anything we needed.

The place took a beating during the last hurricane and it is currently under construction. There were a lot of tarps and the hotel was falling apart a bit.

Staff was rude and disrespectful. Made me wait two hours past my check in time due to rooms not being ready. Requested 1st floor due to handicap and them not having an elevator. I was given a second floor room even after waiting two hours for a supposed ground floor.

Thr tv kept turning off. When maintenence came to look at it it wasn't acting up. Then it starting messing up again our last day. Fridge didn't seem to get super cold. And a couple experiences with other guests made me a bit uncomfortable. Questionable Stains on bathroom sink. People drinking at thr pool.

Thr pool was nice. Beds comfortable. The staff was pleasent. Decent location.

Too much smoking going on right outside the room. We had to endure the smoke throughout our stay. Management couldn't really control that.

I didn't like the black dog hair on my sheets and lamp shade. I didn't like the animals everywhere and there poop in the grassand walkways everywhere you step, and I didn't like the fact that my keys didn't work and everytime I left I had to get someone from the front desk to let me in

I liked the location, the convenience to publix panera bread, and the gas station.

very outdated and the landscape was terrible and also dog poop right by my walkway to my room. Room was dark, chair was broke room was not worth the price I paid. Very disappointed

Very dated facility. Stove eyes were caked with years of crud, glad I didn't need to cook. Otherwise clean enough. Breakfast items were stale.

Didn’t feel safe, felt like I was in the hood. Definitely didn’t look like the pictures. Top lock didn’t work. Tub was nasty . We didn’t use it. We laid on top of sheets. We bought our own thank God. Cops was there looking for someone. Didn’t sleep to well,was paranoid. Definitely left before check out.

Old, but was in process of getting remodeled. Terrible smell of cigarettes in room, along with cigarette burns on the carpet, tables, around sink. Tub/shower was filthy. Went to Walmart, picked up cleaner and fabreeze. Only stayed 1 night. Lighting was dark in the rooms. Pictures are old, deceiving.
