United StatesMy stay was for 5 nights. Housekeeping only showed up once and asked if we needed anything. I told her we needed towel. She did give us fresh towels but did not replenish the toilet paper. We did run out and had to go to the front desk. In addition, every day we returned to the hotel, our key cards had been deactivated. We had to get a new card each day. There was a lot of questionable guests staying the hotel. The hall ways smelled of marijuana every day all day.
It looked like the hotel was upgrading. Fresh paint, newer carpet in the hallway. In addition the I liked the fact that there was not any carpet in the room.

United StatesRoom had not been adequately cleaned, especially the bathroom. Hallways were dingy and dirty. Parking area was not well lit and did not feel secure. Too many spaces allocated to Choice Priveleges members. Other than having waffles available, breakfast was very disappointing. Hot items were not replenished, coffee was cold, cereal looked like it had been in the dispenser far too long.
Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. AC was quiet and effective. Waffle maker at breakfast was nice. Welcoming to pets.

United KingdomIt’s not a fancy hotel but you get what you pay for , it’s clean and bed is ok. Stayed here a few times before but what ruined our 2 night stay this time is that we were on the 1st floor and heard a child/ children running around all night in room above. The walls are so thin I could hear everything. I’m not a complainer but it was awful. I would think a hotel would put children on 1st floor to avoid this. The hotel needs to be updated. I’d probably look someone else to stay next time. Staff are very nice and helpful!!

United StatesOnly realized it after we came back, but we received a room with 2 double beds instead of 2 queens, and my family had a hard time sleeping as a result. There was no access to water bottles on site since the vending machine was broken and no other ways to get drinkable water was available aside from hot boiled water. The heater had a specific temperature setting that wasn’t working, so the heat in the room was either slightly too cool, or overly warm to sleep in.

United StatesThe sheets and bed covering had blood spots on them. The carpet next to the bed was damp. The bathroom ceiling had water stains. The lobby smelled like overused bathroom disinfectant. The first floor windows were unlocked upon arrival and the room had a subtle stale smoke odor. The vending machine was out of order. The place definitely requires an update, some repairs and a deep clean. On check in the credit card reader said the charge was approved but the girl behind the desk said it didn't go through on her end. She requested another swipe. It was approved a 2nd time. We will see how many charges actually appear on the bill.
The location was great. Convenient to Woodstock and Saugerties. Breakfast and the room it was served in was ok. The bathroom appeared clean.

United StatesThe staff was unfriendly. The bed sheets were stained and with holes. The inn felt like a motel environment. There were insects crawling on the floor. The price for the two nights stay did not meet expectations at all. This inn is a rundown building. I expect some compensation for the discomfort my family and l experienced. The fridge in the room was dirty, the pool hall had a persistent leak, which flooded it, and the bathroom sink was clogged and needed cleaning. Additionally, the staff's attitude toward clients was disappointing, lacking warmth and attentiveness. There’s a lot of potential, but significant changes are needed to enhance the guest experience.
The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The breakfast was underwhelming, the hotel room had an unpleasant odor, and the pool area was poorly maintained. Overall, it fell far below expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
