We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur room smelt a little bit like smoke when we walked into the room and it persisted every time that we came into the room.
The staff was incredible. I had forgotten my charging cord for my laptop and the person at the desk went the extra mile to find me a cord to borrow. Also, I witnessed her being so patient with a young girl who had broken the coffee pot. She went out of her way to make sure the little girl didn't feel bad. I think the works name was Regina.

United StatesThe humidity in the room was very uncomfortable but we were ok. Also - the coffee was better when we were there last December. We had a room with Carpet - and the carpet was clean but felt like it was time for a deep cleaning. I didn't like the fact that our credit card kept getting charged. By the end of our stay, there were 6 charges when their should have been two. The desk person said those were CC authorizations, but we have never had an issue before not even when we were there last December.
The Breakfast was good. There was an issue with our first room so they immediately took care of us and moved us to a new room and didn't charge us any additional cost.

United StatesDogs were left in their owners rooms unattended and were barking and whining incessantly when I tried to nap before working an evening shift. Luckily, at bed time (1130 pm) they were quiet. If they hadn’t been, my stay would have been ruined. I wasn’t traveling with a pet but unfortunately was put on the “pet wing”. Staff offered to move me but to a room with a double bed and I had reserved a king. No other kings available. I don’t have a solution-just wanted to let you know why my score wasn’t a 10.
