How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The exterior needs a bit fixing up.
Their Lobby area was beautiful, spacious. A very Cabin feel. The pool, hot tub and sauna was amazing. Benches with bears were adorable.

Maybe a new roof but the couple of leeks I noticed didn’t affect guests Over all an awesome experience and a awesome building Felt like a grand lodge

Liked this hotel - good location, clean enough, and had good breakfast. Best part was the pool and hot tub which was very convenient for my whole family. I didn’t have any issues and no complaints about the hotel or staff.

Price was great and comfortable beds and rooms are clean and spacious.Love the large pool and nice Hot Tub . The atrium area very spacious and has pool tables another bonus. For an older motel and as big as it is they do a decent job keeping it clean and comfortable.

Property looks like it needs a little love. Not as neat and pristine as I remember, lots of things in the room looked worn and dated, WiFi was acceptable but not great.

The first room we were given had a bathroom floor covered in pet hair and people's hair. This is after they asked us if we had pets, which we didn't. That floor had no carpet and was sticky when you walked on it. Clearly a pet room. Don't know why the manager would put us in a pet room in the first place since we left our animals at home. She did change the room for us and it was much cleaner and with carpet on the floor. We won't be staying there again. After an 8 hour drive we don't want to have to deal with that.
Once we were moved into a cleaner room, it was a nice stay.

A/C in my room was very old. Cover falling off, and couldn't read the settings as all the writing had worn off. Blackout blinds were useless. Woken by sun very early. Breakfast was lacking any meats. Coffee was disgusting.
Nice location. Efficient staff.

Not to clean in the room. Earrings on the floor and crumbs.
We usually stay here. It’s in a great location for us. And house keeping tried opening our door before we even checked out!!

The indoor pool wasn't ready for use until we were leaving. The outdoor deck wasn't set up for couples or families to enjoy the beautiful mountains to the west.
The rooms and hotel were very clean and spacious. There was an exercise room, and they served breakfast. The picture windows in the common space framed the mountain range to the west! Gorgeous furnishings inside the hotel common space. There were pool tables and a hot tub.

They property is dated but the staff works hard keeping it clean. I found the bed very comfortable and the room perfectly acceptable especially for the price point. Tamara checked me in. She is so welcoming. Treats you like a friend!

Only stayed two nights, was booked for three but weather was an issue. Booking.com and La Quinta did not respond to refund request.
Vacuum cleaner should have been utilized; between beds was not real clean.

Had an indoor pool which you could smell everywhere and the hallway was very humid.
Nice, clean room and good breakfast. Courtyard was a concrete slab and a picnic table behind the building. Overall, not bad.
