Just the fact the room wasn’t nearly as clean as I’m accustomed to when I rent a hotel room was disappointing.

It was a nice location near our destination. But $300 for that room which was only semi clean, is not a good value. It was freezing in the room and there was no extra blanket to be found. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and if the room had been cleaned, there wouldn’t have bits of dirt or something clinging to my socks when I walked from one part of the room to another.

Updated interior, but room was not entirely clean upon check in, e.g., many hairs in the shower and bathroom in general and surfaces were not wiped down.

Our stay at Cambria was very brief. We traveled to Canton to see the Hall of Fame Game, so we checked in, had dinner at the bar, and came back after the game and went to bed. Nonetheless, the beds were comfortable, spacious, and Cindy at the bar was lovely!

The walls are thin, allowing you to hear everything from above, below, and in adjacent rooms.

I got charged twice , I made one reservation, only got confirmed for one, but got charged for two! Doesn’t make sense ??

No breakfast for Easter, Kitchen was closed ,pool was a little bit cold .my husband called the front desk and asked if there would be a hold for incidentals and told on the phone there would be no hold and when checked in there was a $100 hold on the credit card would have been nice to be told upfront.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and the room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bartender Corey was very nice. It was Easter so there was no breakfast and the kitchen was closed other than that very nice family getaway for Easter hope to return soon .

Fridge was anit dirty. Breakfast cost extra and there was no variety. Literally just eggs, sausage and potatoes. Bakery goods were only bagel/toast and hostess wrapped cinnamon squares.

The housekeeping staff was a bit rude when I asked to switch out dirty towels for clean ones.

It was beautiful and well kept. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

On the Booking.com app the reason why I was OK with paying the $165 for the room was because it was supposed to come with a free breakfast on the app but when I went downstairs in the morning, they said it cost $10.99 for some breakfast And I was kind of bummed out because that’s what it said on the app and I just thought the front desk after I showed them that should’ve cater to that.

Very nice they also have a very nice bar plus a nice little area where you can sit outside by the fire and drink or drink and smoke a cigar.

The girls at the desk were very accommodating & super nice . The young lady at the bar was super nice We had a good time. Worried at first because half of the hotel their TV weren’t working but the ladies at the desk made sure we we’re taken care of and found us a good room

Televisions in suite didn't work. Staff attempted to repair, but were unsuccessful. Poor streaming connection. Breakfast, was horrible, bacon was burned, every slice in the warmer was literally black. Eggs not warm enough, potatoes overcooked, dry, waffles, cold. Huge disappointment with the food. Would never buy the breakfast.

We are friends who were traveling for a class at Sue Spargo's shop. The suite was clean, and well suited to our sharing the space. Very close to our destination. Would choose this location again. Staff encounters were good.

Staff was unfriendly and rude. There were no towels at all in the pool area and when we went to the desk to ask for more, they said there were no towels at all. Room was dirty and no breakfast included. Will not return.

Breakfast was $10 per person and it was horrible. There was a very limited selection of hot food and it was not at all fresh and we went 30 mins after it opened. Pool and hot tub were both dirty and not functioning, both cold and no signs saying they were closed if they even were? Hallway smelled like smoke but room was fine.

Many reviews stated that there would be a problem at check in if I used booking.com. The guy at the desk helped me out but it did take 20 mins to check in. No free breakfast and paid breakfast was not better then free at most hotels. The road in front of the hotel is under construction so its a disaster to get in and out. The hot tub does not work and there doesn't seemed to be a hurry to fix it. There was no way to get into the hotel with out going past several people smoking out front. My wife has asthma and can not tolerate it. I wish I knew how to get the cleaning crew to clean rooms during a multi day stay. I received a text to let them know if I wanted cleaning to which I replied but no one cleaned my room.

The guy at the check in was helpful in helping me get a quiet room. I heard nothing on the first floor. I was worried that an upper floor would would hear road noise based on its location and construction noise on due to the road work being done. He also handled the issue with booking and the hotel calmly even though its a known issue.
