We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Stateswas in Stockton, CA in room 130. The facility is aging. Water, from room 230, dripped from an overhead fixture right in front of the toilet. It dripped only when the folks in the room above used the shower or bathtub. On the first day, I reported the problem immediately (around 9 -10 AM) to three ladies at the front desk. The front desk clerk came to the room to observe the problem. The second day, the problem re-occured and covered our bathroom floor. I again reported the roblem and the girl at the front desk said she had heard that there was a problem in that room. The water wi rot the wood and cause a mold problem in the floor of 230. Fix it NOW or you will have two unrentable rooms instead of one. We were not offered any compensation except "Sorry." Noise from above and adjacent rooms, speaking, squeaky bed, was disappointing.
