How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Need to work on the breakfast ran out of food and there needs to be a sign above the waffle makers to limit 1 per person. It took my daughter 20 minutes to get a waffle. The reason is someone was make 4 or more waffle for there family that wasn’t there. The line was so long because people are inconsiderate of others.

I asked twice to get clean towels but we never got them. Second time, house keeping carts were in the hall and I let front desk know but it still didn't happen. Commode was loose in the bathroom.

Needed pillows and comforter for sleeper sofa. Would have liked shampoo dispenser in shower (missing).
Coffee in room was welcomed, but would have liked the liquid creamers in the room. Pillows and lightweight summertime comforter were perfect! Loved the vast assortment on the continental breakfast.

The maids or SOMEBODY set the clock in the room at 1 hour ahead ( and it's already Daylight Saving Time ) so we thought it was 1 am when it was really Midnight....plus, we were told we could ck out at noon instead of 11 am but not knowing the clock was an hr ahead we left at 11 ( hurried after bfast to shower etc ) thinking it was noon. Awful dirty trick. Also the people above our room 230 woke us up at 6 am stomping around, kids running back & forth in the room & being really loud to where I had to call them to tell them they sounded like a bunch of elephants & to pls tone it down. Not a good experience

Beds were a little too hard, need memory foam topper. Also, the shower drain was clogged, which made the water drain slowly and rise to my ankles!!
Rooms were very spacious and clean! Lobby was beautiful and cozy. Loved the fireplace!😍

As our room faced the main thoroughfare, it was a bit noisy. I'd take a rear-facing room, next time :)

The tub had about 3 inches of water due to a leak. stopper was in. the person at front desk was quick to offer a resolution.

We were very happy with the sweet and helpful ladies at the desk. The pool was a perfect temperature for a cold winter night swim with our teens. The breakfast was really good. Everything was nicely stocked and the staff worked hard to keep it very clean.

Indoor pool was freezing cold! Exercise room was very small and very limited in exercise machines.

The breakfast options could be better, and I must have missed this in the room description - I was expecting a full kitchen in the suite, but it only had a microwave and a mini-fridge.

I did think it was a little over priced. But I would stay there again, because of the great service we received
Jennie that worked in the breakfast area was amazing, you just don’t see young people working that hard anymore. I made sure to tell her. I appreciated her hard work and ask her her names so I could give her a review, but I will have to say everyone was amazing. I had some of the best customer service I’ve had years.

the room was OK, but could be cleaner, all in all it was fine.
value for money, you get basic and pay for it. as we only needed a place to sleep and continue traveling in the area - it was really a great deal.
