United StatesDead roaches in all the dresser drawers. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Choice of Lucky Charms or Honey Nut Cheerios. Toast or biscuits and cream white gravy. Coffee and a carafe of what appeared to be Sunny Delight or Tang.

This location had bed bugs in the 1st room I was given. I was not offered a discount or a full refund. I drove 10 hours that day, so I asked for another room. The staff did check over the room with me and gave me a brand new blanket. Staff was very nice, but didn't give me a tooth brush or paste after asking for those items..

United StatesThe beds were covered in fuzzy stuff... the air was stagnant like the room hadn't been rented in awhile amd the continental breakfast was absolutely horrible (dried out bread, something that looked like it might have been white gravy, only 2 kinds of cereal to choose from.. milk that was almost empty.. oj and some nasty coffee)

United StatesThe bed wasn't very comfortable, woke up with back pain, Because of this i was a little slow getting around. I went to get OJ from lobby, it was 9am on the dot but was told breakfast was over at 9:00 and I cannot get anything not even juice which is I think ridiculous the doors are locked they wouldn't even let me in the lobby.

United StatesMy client is disabled and his electric went out at his house, so we had to stay in a hotel. Our ride was late picking us up by checkout time, and the manager made us sit outside until our ride picked us up. I thought that was very rude. It was starting to get hot. Thank goodness there was a breeze outside.

United StatesThis place was not clean. My room floor look like it had not been swept in months, The tub had not been clean. There was long black hairs stuck to the side of the tub. Mildew was growing on the tile. The sheet had a blood stain on it. The electric outlet was not secure. When you went to unplug your cord you had to hold the outlet and pulled the cord out. I couldn’t even get anyone to come to the front desk. We left and didn’t stay. I took the loss on the rooms.
